Ella Springs Senior Living Community

I love the fact that when you need help, someone is there within five minutes or less no matter what time it is. The activities are wonderful with a great selection of things to do for everyone. We have fantastic outings and the food is fantastic! I love everything about Ella Springs Senior Living.

It has been the best overall community I've ever lived and I love the residents and the associates and activities and events. I really love the activity director and all the things he does there. All of the caregivers do a great job well. Overall, I love my life here.

I have been in the medical field for over 40 some years. Helping comes from the soul. So keep up the good work. The elderly need you, they deserve the best. We live in a society we're there is no time for the older generation. They taught you so help them.

Ella Springs has been a great source of information and assistance in finding information and funds for getting a good friend into a decent nursing home. Highly recommending them for their concern and caring

Ella Springs surpasses every other facility we have visited for our sister. Everyone on the staff from the top down to the ambassadors is cheerful and attentive to each detail of care for our family member. We are so happy she is a member of the Ella Springs "family!"

My dad has been at Ella Springs for a year and a half now… When I want to take him somewhere, he checks to see what they’re doing at Ella Springs first before he agrees to come with me.. I think it’s great because he has a community of friends that he feels like are his family as well. It’s all about having choices, and my dad is so busy at Ella Springs. He always has something to do and friends to do it with. I hope Ella Springs is still around when I need a great place to live when I get to be 83 like him.

They are taking good care of my dad, physically, mentally and emotionally.

Ella is a top notch facility. Each tier of their staff has its clients best interest at heart. The staff always has a welcoming smile. They work hard. They uplift their clients. My mom likes the food and entertainment. Whether it is the church meetings or the bingo or the celebrations. My mother glows when she speaks about living at Ella. I am very happy I was turned on to Ella. Moving my mother there has been the best decision I have made in her care. I do not worry about my mom knowing she is in the expert hands of the staff and administration or Ella.

ES review Ella Springs Assisted Living is such a blessing to our family! Our parents moved to Ella Springs in August of 2019, and we knew from the start this would be a great fit for their needs. The staff, including administrative, front desk, maintenance, housekeeping, dining, activities coordinator, caregivers, med techs, and the driver to medical appointments all show a deep care and concern for the residents and their families. We are truly thankful every day for Ella Springs! I can honestly give them a 5 Star Review without hesitation.

This facility has been a wonderful place for my brother who is in Memory care at Ella Springs. The staff, the management and the programs are excellent but most of all my brother receives excellent care and he likes the staff.

Before we found Ella Springs things seemed bleak. I felt the two previous centers saw her as a pay check and not as a person. Ella Springs is totally different with management and staff that care for your family like their own and give you feedback and support. They answer your questions and.... well... it's hard to put into words. "They care about your whole family". [name removed] is a phenomenal, dedicated man along with his entire staff. I'd give 6 stars if I could.

My stepmother suffers from dementia. She is 87 and is otherwise physically fit. Ella Springs has been a wonderful place for her. She is very social and loves all of the activities that are provided on a daily basis. They dance, have ice cream socials -- so much better for her than being alone in her home or even with an attendant. This is great stimulation for her. She is in a safe environment and is eating well! When I visit, her room is always clean and her bed is always made. Before choosing Ella Springs I visited several memory care facilities. This facility stood out for its friendliness and caring. I'm really happy for my stepmother and for being in such a wonderful place.

I think the most important thing that I like is their response time. That was key for me. When my mom presses her pendant button, it generally is no more than five minutes before somebody is there to help her. And the place just has a professional, happy attitude about everything. They are welcoming. They just always seem like they're ready to help.

Spoke with [name removed] today inquiring about a one-bedroom apartment unfortunately they didn't have anything to accommodate my income however he was very kind as well as helpful he then what a step further with info that was needed thank you [name removed]
