Ella Springs Senior Living Community

Response time to my mom's needs was #1 along with cleanliness. Their goal is responding within 5min. They track that daily. Activities are plentiful and my mom at 94.5 yrs does it all. Staff and administration have been helpful and communicate with me on my mom's needs and any issues to keep her safe, well and active. We have learned from each other. It goes both ways. I'm happy with Ella Springs for my mom.

They have been real good to me here and I get taken care of very good too. They do a lot of activities every week here too. The activity guy [name removed] keeps everyone busy. We eat very well and they do a great job taking care of us. I would recommend it here.

I have a great time here every day. We stay busy in activities until dinner. There is always something going on here all day every day. The activity director [name removed]has something new going on all the time. I have made friends here and the staff really cares about us residents. I really like this community.

Ella Springs has been very good to me for years now. They have so much to offer everyone every day here. I really don't do many of the activities except for church and the activities directors guitar playing. I walk the community and exercise on my own. It's a great p[lace to walk because you can't get lost because it's one big circle. The staff is very friendly to us residents every day. The food is very good as well.

I've been here at Ella Springs Senior Living for a couple of years now and they have really treated me very good. The caregivers do a great job and are very friendly. They take me to all the activities and to all the meals. I require quite a bit of care and they really do a great job. The Activities Director does so much for us residents there. Brett really cares about his residents and it really shows with all the stuff we have going on each month. I recommend Ella Springs Senior Living.

My loved ones room is not very clean every time we have come to visit. Some of the staff are great but some are just okay. There is not enough staff. Also my loved ones first night, they fell while using the toilet and told me that staff that attended to him was very rough when handling him. The cost is great because it's one of the lowest in the area. I would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

Everyone at Ella Springs is very friendly. It seems like the staff really cares about the residents there. My mom is in memory care and feels very comfortable and safe. She says the food is very good and so do the other residents. [name removed] was the director of memory care but just left the facility for a new opportunity. He had been there five years and was very good engaging with the memory care residents. One complaint is that some of my mom's clothes have gone missing and I see her wearing other people's clothes. Not a huge deal to me though. I know this is common. Also, the actual care (bathing, communicating issues like toe nails needing to be trimmed, making sure she has her socks on) could be a little better but they really don't provide nursing care there so I can understand. I recommend this facility. They have fun activities for all the residents and the facility is really clean.

I have made so many friends here at Ella Springs Senior Living. I'm friends with all the staff and employees, they are wonderful here. They have live entertainment three or four times a month and the activities department does a great job keeping us busy. I'm very independent and kind of do my own things, but we all go to the big entertainment events. I would recommend Ella Springs Senior Living to anyone making the difficult transition from living in their own home.

I really have enjoyed this year here and I require quite a bit of care. So far Ella Springs has been great with the care team here, and they always take care of me. I stay busy on my computer in my room mainly, but I love to get out for the karaoke and happy hour every week. We do karaoke twice a week and that's my favorite. We have ice cream twice a week and cake as well. They do a lot of activities every day. This is a great community to live in.

Me and my wife [name removed] have lived here a little over a year and we absolutely love it here. They really have great food and care here. We think the caregivers are doing a great job taking care of us. They have a lot of entertainment here every week. We try to go on the lunch outings when we can. They really go to our favorite places. We highly recommend Ella Springs Senior Living.

I've lived in other Assisted living facilities and Ella Springs Senior Living is the best so far. The one before was a nightmare. This community has been the best move ever. I love the Activity Directir at Ella Springs Senior Living. Brett cares about all of the residents and he has so much to do each day. He plays the guitar any time and he has a homemade pizza party that is the best I've ever had. The care staff really takes good care of us every day, and they are so happy and cheery all the time. We really love it here.

I love everything at Ella Springs Senior Living. Especially the activities and the activity director. He has alit if spiritual things to do and I have a very strong faith. He also performs on his guitar every month for us and I really enjoy that. We stay very busy.

I have been at Ella Springs for a little over a year now and love it here. We stay busy all day long except for when the activity director is off. They have so many big things to do there. I really love the live entertainment they have. We eat very well every day too. They just had my 99th birthday party for me and the news station came out to cover it. It was amazing. I would recommend Ella Springs Seniir Living to anyone.

I've lived at Ella Springs Senior Living for years now and it has been the best experience. The residents stay busy from the time we eat breakfast all the way until after dinner. The activities and events we do are the best ever. Their Activity Director really knows what we like to do each day. The food and care are great as well. I highly recommend Ella Springs Senior Living to anyone that has to make that transition to assisted living.

They are a great staff that understands the challenges of families. This was a challenging time and they helped walk us through the process. Extremely caring and knowledgeable staff. Recommend the facility and team for all who care about their families.

I would recommend it, it was a good experience. My parents were there only a little over 2 1/2 months, my dad moved out last week as my mom unexpectedly passed away. He moved due to the emotional aspect of being in the same space, and he himself did not need assistance. He is now in a senior living apartment. The facility served its purpose well.

The ratings for Ella Springs is what won me over when looking for places for my loved one. Management has been very responsive to any calls or concerns that we have had.

My loved one stayed at Ella Springs Senior Living Community for a respite stay. The staff was nice and the facility/my loved one were clean. I would take him back to this facility.

Very responsive. Responsible. Approachable. They understand how special our lives are to us. No one will care or love your loved one as much as you. However, the respect, understanding, and dignity that they provide your loved one would be the highest regard that they provide the family. Always remain active in the life of your loves one!
