We love living here. Best place since we can't be at home living better now than ever. Eat, sleep, dominos, bingo. Food is very good. Well cared for!

This meets all of the expectations of what Southlake senior living would be. This statement will mean something positive to some and will mean something completely different to others. I didn't even take mom for a tour. I can't imagine anyone wanting to eat all of their meals at the Petroleum Club. My mother decided to stay in her home.

It was really nice and everyone was sweet and kind and it was a great place for my mom. It is very homey and an unbelievably great place.

The staff are great, they are bending over backwards to make her stay as enjoyable as possible, and the cleanliness is amazing. The food is as good, probably better than where we were before. Their prices are on the high end for around here, but the services for the cost are within reason. They seem to be pretty attentive and responsive, they are very good with communication, the nurse will text me back and forth. They do a good job of acting as a team. They have activities, but there aren't enough people to make it a lot of fun. The population isn't that big, so there aren't as many people that she really connects with. They could maybe make it a little easier to move in and out, we used the back door and the movers had to compete with the staff delivering food, it took longer than we expected. The square footage in the room is smaller than at our previous community, however the outside porch probably makes up the difference, and she enjoys sitting out on the porch all the time. They have great security. It's designed so that assisted living people that have to go to a hospital, and need rehab, won't have to go somewhere else. The rehab, or skilled nursing is just one floor up, and then they can come back to their apartment. Having all of that in the building is great.

Let me first say, I was a little concerned about my mom moving to a smaller assisted living. BOY was I wrong, she is absolutely spoiled. My mom has never felt so pampered and loved. The care and attention she needs is first class. I just can't get over how well the staff takes such good care of her. Oh and the food..... AMAZING! I have been to several places while I was out looking and the food does not compare.

It's really expensive, but if we could afford it she would still be there. The staff was great, and the people were great. They had a good variety of activities. The only thing I can say about the food is that the menu choices were a little bland. They did give options here and there. Overall the food was good, I just like a little more spice.
