Peace of mind knowing my mother was in excellent hands. Every single member of the staff was kind, respectful and very loving with my mom. Hospice care was recommended at the appropriate time so mom was safe and comfortable. Highly recommend Cornerstone Living.

I pick corner stone because I live nearby and it’s a nice quiet community surrounded by farmland. My mom mom grew up in a rural community, similar to where corner stone is and I thought that would be a better fit in some thing in the city

We looked at numerous facilities before deciding upon Cornerstone for my mother's care. Many of these facilities were beautiful, but somehow cold. Cornerstone on the other hand is very homey and warm. They continue to make upgrades to the facility, but aside from the facility the staff is wonderful. They have a dedicated staff that truly cared for my mother. It is a hard decision to place a parent with dementia, but I know that I made the right one when I chose Cornerstone.

My mom was a resident at Cornerstone Living for a short time. She had heart issues and dementia. The staff provided excellent care, and I felt like she was in good hands. The staff members were patient and caring, and they went the extra mile to figure out the activities that each person enjoyed. I loved the stories they would share with me about mom's day. Although she could never remember what she ate at her last meal, she always said the food was excellent. I ate with her for Thanksgiving...the food was great. The atmosphere was friendly and felt like home. The admission process was easier than I could have imagined, and access to the facility was simple. I appreciate everyone who cared for my mom during her stay.

My mother spent the last 6 years of her life at Cornerstone. She was well cared for. She enjoyed the live music that would come in periodically throughout the month. She enjoyed sitting out in the patio in the summer. She enjoyed the activities that were provided by the full-time activities director. If any situation arises they would contact me immediately. I was always included in any care decisions for my mother. I'm glad that I picked Cornerstone to take care of my mom they did a great job.

My mother was a resident of Cornerstone Living for a year and a half. During her stay, she was treated with dignity and respect, and staff was very attentive to her needs. Staff is caring, professional and compassionate. Communication with the family was very good. Knowing she was well cared for gave me a great deal of peace of mind. When our mother knew she no longer wanted to live alone, we selected Cornerstone Living due to its small size, proximity to us, and especially to its excellent reputation for elder care. She enjoyed her time there and we knew she had everything she needed for excellent quality of life. From first contact with the director to frequent updates by the staff, Mom's last year was full and comfortable and we are grateful.

We chose Cornerstone Living because it is a smaller facility with more personalized care, he was offered a private room and bathroom, and the people were all very friendly when we toured. His room is fairly large, we were able to take ea lot of his belongings from his house and we set it up just like his office at home. It has been a good experience and I would recommend them.

I am the spouse of [name removed] the Primary Nurse & Clinical Director of Cornerstone Living. She has not had one of her residents contract Covid 19 and the facility is still Covid free since the Pandemic began. The Vigilance of her and her staff to protect the residents and themselves is 24/7 and doesn't stop when they depart for home from work. The other reason I endorse Cornerstone to those of you considering assisted care for your Love one; is because my wife lost her mother due to Alzheimer's and knows first hand what your going through, what your Love one is going through and the road that you will walk together on. My mother was here for over 2 years. The facility is a little older than a previous facility we had her in, however they have been making upgrades. More importantly, the staff was much better suited to dealing with memory loss and the behavioral components that accompany it. It was comforting to know she was in capable, compassionate hands.

The staff has been just fabulous with my husband. My husband really likes the food and enjoys mingling when he eats. The community is just wonderful and I am very satisfied with it. I like that the community is smaller and that lets the residents have more one on one.

The staff at the Cornerstone are very friendly and well trained. The only problem so far is that we are in once of the cycles where there is a lot of turnovers. I hope it gets better soon. Other than that, the place is kept clean and the meals are nutritious.

My husband was here and the care was fine. The staff helped as much as possible. The community was well cleaned and maintained. We had no problems with the community.
