[[name removed] who is the Executive Director is one of the most compassionate person I ever meet, she really loves her residents and staff and advocate for everyone in her facility .I would trust my loved ones here at the colony club . Thank you [name removed] for always going above and beyond

DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVED ONE IN THE COLONY CLUB! In 2014 my Mom went to live at The Colony Club when it was a family owned business. I was so happy with the facility that my Uncle moved in also. Everyone was like a family and they really cared about the residents. If there was an issue, I was able to talk to the director and it was handled immediately. After all, it is not an easy thing to have to put someone you love into an assisted living. Then things changed when a company that owns other facilities took it over. Then it became all about the money! They don’t really care about the residents. Staff has turned over numerous times, cuts were made, and the quality of life in the facility decreased. With my Mom being in her 90’s I would not move her since she had all her friends and was familiar with her surroundings. Once my Mom went into the hospital and they mishandled her information and made it difficult for her to get proper treatment. Her most recent visit to the hospital she had something all over her skin, the doctor said it was Scabies. When I called the Colony Club to tell them they brushed me off and treated it as a non-issue. My Mom recently passed away and I got a text from the owner. Yes, a text, not even a phone call. Not one staff member came to pay their respects and my Mom lived there for 5 years. When my Uncle passed away in 2016 the Director and some staff members were there to pay their respects. After all it was a family. If you want your loved one in a caring and responsible environment, I would NOT recommend the Colony Club!

My sweetheart Auntie lives here and she is so well cared for. I felt compelled to write something because of the reviews some people write. They must be competitors because I have seen nothing but caring, loving people that have taken my aunt in like family. The food is excellent, the space is great and activities are well planned. I have to plan around Bingo because she will not miss a single game. It is serious business! So glad she found The Colony Club, I only wish I would have brought her here sooner. Hope this helps the next person when trying to decide where to place your loved one!

Though my Brother [Name removed] was there for a short visit before reaching his final home with the Lord, we cannot express our thankfulness from the Administration to the Individual Caretakers. He was treated with so much kindness and loving care. We want to really express to the ladies in the Memory Loss Unit that we always felt after leaving our visits with him that he was in good hands. Thank's To All Of You.

Place riddled with [Removed] roaches and other insects. Urine smell throughout facility and residents belongings constantly being [Removed]. Whole facility needs a good cleaning and extermination.

Nice facility. Could possibly be a consideration but was a little too far west.

Friendly, Clean, lovely dining room with great food selections...But rooms are like a college dorm, and a bit too overpriced.

Beautiful place. Nice people. Too expensive for her.
