We hired an individual who was referred to us to do a check in and administer pills. She is a definite 5+. I have not eaten there and my sister has only one meal a day from C.V. she has a microwave she bought for her unit which she also uses. She prefers the solitude. My sister had to buy a microwave and coffee maker but the apartment is, value wise, very nice. She loves it there. No internet provided either. It is more of an actual apartment with meals and weekly cleaning. Also a shuttle to grocery store. Do your own laundry.

We did have some difficulty getting some of the services started that we paid for. She is so happy there, it has been wonderful it has brought her out of her shell. The staff has been instrumental in getting those things to happen. They provide for them well and the amenities are very great. I think best thing that is missing or good suggestion would be to have a nurse on call.

I consider this place to be a rescue. I was in pretty bad condition when I came here, and because of that alone, I am highly in approval of all they've done for me so far. There are little things that bother me, like how small the room is, and some of the rules and regulations they have here. But those things wouldn't convince me to leave. They keep things very clean. I haven't made friends per se, but I certainly don't feel lonely here. And the staff are very nice. The food is adequate. It's not bad, but it's communal food, so they don't go out of their way to spice it up. They have activities, mostly bingo and a couple of other things throughout the week, although I don't really participate. I think it's a good value here. I don't understand how they can afford all they do for us - I don't think I could find any place as nice as this for the same amount I'm paying. I'm very content here. I would recommend it to anyone who is not troublesome. Most of the people here go out of their way to be friendly to each other.

It's truly a wonderful place. It is neat and clean, and the staff is just fantastic. I've always enjoyed the food very much. The grounds are lovely. They do the most to give us as many activities as they can. And I really enjoy my apartment as well. My son was shocked at the cost of it for all that you get. You just can't beat the quality for the price here.

Small number of residents, all outside entries to each apartment. Very sparse cafeteria area. No one available for pricing info, although I know my mother would not like this set up anyway.

Only one staff person on site, she could not tell me any information about the facility except they have private apartments. This place does not have any medical staff on premises, therefore I would not consider it "assisted living." It is for more independent living folks.

My Dad is here. If a resident is dependent on the food cooked in the kitchen, the will be carb loaded. Not great for diabetics. The get cable tv but are only allowed on cable news channel, Fox.

The facility cancelled my appointment and never called for follow-up. Poor business!

Mom is doing very well there she likes it a lot. The staff is friendly and very helpful. They keep the property clean and well maintained and there have been no issues with housekeeping nothing missing or misplaced. Mom loves having her own room. She likes the food. Mom enjoys going out to lunch with the community.

This community was one of our choices. The person that took us on tour was nice and the community looked clean. They did let us know they were hesitant about accepting a smoker.

My mother has recently moved into this community and so far we have had no complaints. All of the staff have been friendly and helpful to her needs. The apartment was clean when she moved in and had lots of natural light throughout the bedrooms. I would recommend this living environment to anyone interested.

After moving in my dad see that he needs more space. His apartment is just a living room and a bathroom, there is no separate bedroom. However, all is well for him being a resident of the community. He says his meals are fine and have many activities to choose from. During the day the staff are available and they are friendly and helpful. I would recommend them my someone who needs a place.

This is a nice and clean community and since my mom has been living here I see that it turned out good. I don't see a lot of amenities like many activities, beautician, or indoor great areas. Their price point is good for the basic needs and care. I hear they have outings with their own community bus. I would recommend this community to others.

My Mom was a resident for 10 years back in the 1990's when this was Madonna Villa, and even though the studio room was quite small, she enjoyed the friendly atmosphere.

The administrator at Sanctuary at Clinton Villa and the rest of the staff are nice. They have fresh vegetables and good tasting food. The community is clean and safe. My aunt is still adjusting to the activities, however she likes that the community is in front of the church and she can go daily.

My 92 year old mother Rose has been there for 6 years . Sherry and staff are simply the best inters of overall care and concern for their tenants. They always have something going for everyone to stay involved and feel like they are worth something. My Mother loves it there....and so do I

I guess really the set-up of the facility is a big thing, it is a pretty independent setting for the dining room area. Also there is some pretty narrow spacing around the place if you are trying to get to certain things.

First, people that work there has a attitude that they shouldn't be around Seniors!! 2-nd They are so uneducated that they shouldn't have these positions ( ask for there degrees) wich lead to not knowing how to be around seniors ( ask about directors friend that got Her that job) She is a bus stop way at Fraser villa! 3-rd Sales that's all it matters. When I say sales( I mean ask Jenn how many cars she got out of her move-in bonus and forced evictions based on the move in money game). The best way to find out how is living there...is when you have no other choice...

A Place for Mom has scored Clinton Villa 8 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.
We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.
Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
