Brookdale Union

The Brookdale has done a phenomenal job taking of my uncle for the past few months under their care.. My uncle has been progressing very nicely from the help of the Brookdale Team.. Thank you so much!

The sales manager [name removed] has gone out of her way to help bring our mother into the community. She is very compassionate, she listened to our needs and went out of her way to help us. We love the upgrades to the community with fresh paint throughout the building. Our mothers suite has new carpet, blinds and paint. The care has been great and the staff has been wonderful.

The staff that works with the people living at this facility are very pleasant and helpful! Like everywhere, they are understaffed! The management staff could be more informative at the beginning when residents are new! The manager seemed overwhelmed and is not a people person, could be more pleasant. The food is excellent! I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

The sales manager is incredible helpful and super understanding. The administrative have also been really easy to work with.

They could work on communication & answering the phone/ responding to emails.

My loved one is still trying to adjust. The people are very nice, and I was very impressed.

Our loved one is very happy with the care services they provide, and compared to other communities in the area this one has a good value. The staff members do a good job keeping the residents active and engaged. Everyone was very nice when we first came to visit and they really went out of their way to help us out whenever we needed it and it was done in a timely manner. We are very happy with where our loved one is at.

I toured this community for my father, and his needs. Everything went well for the most part. The community was well-kept from what I saw. The staff I met was kind, and helpful. The experience was good one, but I did find another community that suited out needs better.

We did a rehab stay here for 3 weeks. Overall, we were happy. Longer term, though, the additional fees would have put this well out of our range. There were also some communications issues. We were never given an email address to communicate with anyone and the phone seemed to be answered quite often by random residents. Dad loved the food, though, and they had a well equipped rehab gym for him.

Our experience has been going good for my mom and our family. It is a good fit for her and i would absolutely recommend the community. They staff are all the very good and nice. The facility is clean and clear everywhere. My mom has not complained about the food so it seems she likes the food.

My father is doing pretty well here. Everybody has been wonderful. The food has been his biggest problem. I do think they could do a better job cleaning his room. Most of the staff is helpful and kind. There are activities offered. Overall he is in good hands.

My loved one was here briefly for respite care, and we were very pleased with how things went! It's a very nice looking community, they do a great job keeping everything clean and well kept. The staff were also all very friendly and helpful! They did a great job with the food, my loved one is a picky eater and they were really accommodating when it came to working with her to find things she liked.
