We came to tour and I felt immediately like this place was perfect. It felt like home for my brother. Everything was so clean and beautiful, the grounds were so well kept and the staff was wonderful we can't wait to move in.

My mother has only been in the facility about 2 months but so far it has been an amazing experience for her as well as for me all of the amenities at the facility offers the pricing the staff the doctors even the food was all been really really great I can't say enough about the place

I will use it again, if needed. A bit overpriced, but compared to others I've visited it worked well. The manager [name removed] was awesome!! Clean, no nasty urine smell. All stuff is very friendly.

It is difficult to rate over all experience as I have no good standard of measure 2. The facility is showing its age ,but the staff does a good job cleaning . 3. Senior staff is certainly friendly and outgoing Others of the staff seem little disposed to personal service One fellow resident remarked "they treat us like convicts ". Some certainly seem rude or indifferent. 4.Quality of care .no strong opinion. The facility nurses and on call doctors seem competent and diligent. 5.Food. Boring. hot dogs 3 meals in one week little menu variation Adequate portions. Slow service. Score 1.6 6.Activities: those I attended have been fairly bland but enjoyable. Staff makes a good effort to provide outings and field trips. 7. Rates and prices seem competitive

We had to engage hospice for my dad while in the hospital. Unfortunately several assisted living places would not take dad due to a medical issue he had. We reached out to Brookdale Sugar Land and they said they could handle the task with no problem. Dad was there for only 3 days till he passed away. Everyone from the directors to cleaning were understanding and compassionate towards our needs.

Not what I thought. It is better. The helpers are nice and there are options for meals. We play bingo 2 times a day, which is my favorite. I like the chickens outside and the romms are clean.

We did a tour with my parents and we loved it! All of the employees were so nice and we were even offered lunch! We learned about some vet benefits which is going to help us afford it which is awesome.

I walked into the building to find out more information for my in laws. I didn’t even have an appointment scheduled with anyone, and I was able to see someone right away. The information received is so helpful! We didn’t know there were so many resources! The building is nice, very clean and I can tell it’s maintained. I recommend!

We toured Brookdale Sugar Land when searching for Memory Care for our loved one. This facility was great! They answered all of my questions and really seemed to care about their residents. They had a low turnover rate with their employees, which is a great sign. They also offered lots of activities.
My stepfather moved in and shortly after had to go into the hospital. He was there for several months when we asked if he wanted to come to our house or back to Brookdale, he immediately wanted to come back to Brookdale! They treat you like family!

Brookdale Sugarland is warm, welcoming and a home to many. The staff go above and beyond to ensure that residents are taken care of. Since joining the staff has made me and my staff feel so welcome. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone!
