We are very pleased with Brookdale for Mom. would highly recommend to others. I am always so impressed with the manner in which the staff goes over and above knowing the residents and making them feel welcome and included- from the Director, Sales manager, Finance, Brookdale At Home, the food services director, food service,maintenance, and many other staff- I love how they know and address each resident by name. It was important to my Mom that she be able to attend mass each week and Brookdale provides that, along with Grief Share group, fitness, pet therapy, music and so much more!

I highly recommend Brookdale Mt. Lebanon. The staff is kind and attentive to my mom's individual needs. Also, Brookdale at Home has done an excellent job of communicating with our family and adjusting her care accordingly. I would recommend them, also. Our experience has been amazing!

My loved one is a resident at Brookdale Mt. Lebanon. The move in process was a little disappointing, but otherwise the experience has been great. The staff at this facility are amazing. The meals are great. Everyone at this facility knows you by name. I would definitely recommend Brookdale Mt. Lebanon to family and friends.

I am not exaggerating when I give a 5 to each category. The place and staff could not have pleased me more and I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone. My brother has an apartment and is very active and thoroughly enjoys living there.

We had an excellent tour at Brookdale Mt. Lebanon, and they were my first choice. The decision was up to my loved one though. I liked that when you go in, it feels more like a hotel. It's perhaps a little less warm and inviting than the place he chose, but it’s beautiful.
We toured with Brookdale Mt. Lebanon and had a great experience. This was my first choice out of the 3 that we looked at. Unfortunately they did not have the staffing that they needed to accept my dad and his care needs.
Our family had many scheduled tours with several places while looking for a place for our mother. Brookdale Mt. Lebanon was definitely one of the best and top of those visits. Very nice layout, nice sized rooms, active residents tons of options and activities to keep residents active. Main thing for us though comes down to cost, it is up there so that will have to be calculated into the final decision.
This has been a very positive experience for us and my loved one. Brookdale has nailed all our expectations with admissions, and the transition for my loved one. The best part is my loved one is happy here. The food has been outstanding here and the amenities have been excellent for my loved one. The staff have been accommodating to the family's requests to assist with the needs of my loved one. The tenure of the staff is impressive to me. The staff communication with the family is responsive to the family's questions and concerns.

This community seemed to be sterile and did not see really any one inside. I was really looking for socialization for my loved one. It was very nice and I am not sure if it was the time of day or not but I did not really see many people. They were very cordial on the tour and gave them gifts and more but this was just not the community for us in the end.
They are extremely welcoming, informative and friendly and my mother loves it here at this community. They have activities like musical events, singers coming in, outings for ice cream, happy hour, tour local restaurants and more for the residents to do to stay busy. They also have a lot of religious events for the residents to participate in on Sundays.

We had a great tour experience with Brookdale Mt. Lebanon. The facility itself is very nice as well as all of the staff that we had interaction with. Unfortunately it was just too expensive.
I liked Brookdale Mt. Lebanon overall. I liked the rooms, and the staff seemed nice. It was in a nice location. It was just farther away than would have been convenient for our family to come and visit regularly.
We thought Brookdale Mt. Lebanon was very nice, but a little too upscale. The people there seemed like they were always dressed with jewelry, etc. And I didn't think my loved one would fit in there. But it was gorgeous.
Our family had an in person tour and we really liked the facility, it is centrally location and the person who gave us the tour was just great. However our loved one did not like how big it was, she thought it might be to overwhelming.
This was a clean community and I felt that my loved one was safe there. There are a lot of rules due to covid and precautions and my loved one struggles with this. The staff are great they just have to enforce these rules and my loved one is not happy about not being able to see us all at the same time.

We toured this community and the tour was very good. They answered all of our questions and were very informative. They were very accommodating and the staff was very helpful and friendly.
Brookdale Mt. Lebanon is a very quality organized. The staff members here are very friendly and helpful. When I called to talk to them, they a made a good first impression. They go above and beyond to keep everything sanitized and were great with communication and keeping us updated in their monthly newsletter. My mom loves the food here, I saw a menu yesterday and the quality and nutrition of the meals are great. They are also call chef prepared meals. They do have a wide range of activities but she has not been able to take advantage of all of them due to covid. Mom called it home and that for us meant everything. I would highly recommend them and already have.

My sister is moving into this community tomorrow into her own apartment. The value is great. The location is close to shops. This is great for walking and close to public transportation. The grounds are kept up well. There is always someone willing to take care of any issues for me. The people are great here. They have a full kitchen in my apartment. The food is great, and they serve three meals a day.
