I’ve found our Marketing Manager, [name removed], to be highly professional, empathetic, knowledgeable regarding marketing strategies, and a team player when it comes to her peers. She totally involves herself with her job yet easily moves to help residents as needed. Her Marketing events are presented in a comfortably fashionable manner. All I all I feel [name removed] is quite a find and Brookdale Allenmore is so lucky to have her.

Got a good attitude, has people skills and sees to needs of residents . Points out amenities Brookdales ’ has offered. Checks back with the resident to see if she can help when moving in. If there are any concerns they follow up.

[name removed] has been very efficient with new residents. She has also assisted many residents adjusting their apartments. She is very knowledgeable with regards to an individual’s needs. I would highly recommend Emily to friends and family for our next step in our life.

I chose this facility because of the security they have here which makes me feel safe. The friendliness of everyone is wonderful and I have made friends here, and I'm glad that I chose to come to Brookdale and I feel like this is home.

They were friendly. Understood where I was in this part of life's transition as the child of the parent going into assisted living. Helped financially to make sure I was comfortable with payments.

We toured several senior living communities, [name removed] has been a huge help through the whole process on Tacoma, she is very approachable, knowledgeable and courteous. My loved one is currently a resident at Brookdale Allenmore IL and most everything has been very good for her at this facility so far. This facility is a very good place. It is showing signs of wear, but it is clean and it is priced right.

They have had a problem keeping food service staff and sometimes house keeping staff. But over all it's fulfilled the needs of what Diane needed. She has been able to get to her appointments using their shuttle service and go on outings with groups of residents.

All the staff are pleasant and respectful. the shuttle driver is great and personable Food- it's just not what she likes and sometimes they have a chef that doesn't cook well but the director listens to the residents council and tries to fix it. also sometimes the menu doesn't match what is served. It is a pet friendly facility. I would recommend Brookdale Allenmore to others.

MY FATHER LIVED AT BROOKDALE FOR 6 MONTHS. THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY & HELPFUL. THE DINING ROOM IS WELL DONE AND SERVED AS A SOCIAL TIME FOR FATHER. BROOKDALE IS A GREAT BARGAIN FOR WHAT IS PROVIDED

If you have a maintenance request. Unless it's an emergency you need to wait weeks because there is only 2 guys for both buildings. The staff do their best with what they can. Some of the people here test their patience. The people here range from 64 to 104. Most in their late 70 to 80 range.

I am happy to share my positive experience with Brookdale. The community has a warm and welcoming environment. Every resident I've met so far has been very friendly and and eager to share their experience with me. The well-designed living spaces, coupled with excellent amenities and attentive, friendly staff, contribute to a fulfilling lifestyle with peace of mind for families. From engaging activities to delicious dining options (they even have a private dining room for families to use), I appreciate the thoughtful attention to detail. Everyone from the staff to the residents are friendly and welcoming. It’s easy to make friends here. The food is good with many options to choose from and the dining staff know your name and preferences. You get an assigned parking spot but you don’t need a car because they take you to doctor appointments, shopping, outings, and errands. The apartments are real, full apartments and have full kitchens so you can cook and entertain if you want to. Pets are loved here and the location is convenient to medical, shopping, parks, golf, and restaurants. Residents are happy and have a say in how they live. The staff like their jobs and it shows. I recommend checking it out.

My mother has been living at Brookdale for more than 2 years now. She transitioned from her own home due to needing additional support. I have been pleasantly surprised at how well she likes living at Brookdale and the relationships she has built with fellow residents. It has been a great transition for her and she loves her apartment.

The staff is exceptional. They really care. The building is safe and clean. I truly enjoy living here.

I have lived here for a year now. The staff are outstanding. Always friendly, always trying to help. The food is very good, Its like down home cooking. Greens are cooked right. Seasoning is good. Nice choices. Sometimes I have problems deciding as there are 3 good meals. Wait staff is outstanding. They remember my drinks and go back for pickles. Housekeeping does a very nice job and listens to what we want done this week.

I really enjoy spending time in the community. All of the staff are good natured and helpful. The residents seem to have made friends there and enjoy each other's company. There is a new Director of Dining and his meals are as imaginative as they are delicious!

We have lived here for 1 year now. It is not perfect but it is great. Independent living will a feeling of home. The staff are wonderful. Most residents are friendly. The transportation is exactly as stated with a great driver. We no longer need a car. The location means most medical appointments are easy to get to. And the van goes to American Lake VA Clinics once a week. Shopping twice a week. Outings, often to local restaurants. Yes, the decor is a bit dated. But everything is clean and in good repair. Nice garden. And you can choose a unit with different views and lighting. Food is down home good. Most meals I have at least 2 options I like. Not fancy cooking but good cooking. Occasionally, when we feel like something different, we will cook in our apartment. Come for a visit. You will NOT be oversold. What they show you and tell you will be real.

I live in the Independent living section. I feel secure knowing that there is always someone to help if needed. There are many things to keep busy when you want. Shopping very close.

I've lived at Brookdale Allenmore for 4.5 years in independent living, and 3 years in Brookdale assisted living. Since I moved to independent living my experience has been 98% positive. I found staff and management to be highly professional, approachable, and comforting to deal with. The measures used to maintain a safe & healthy environment are successful. Here I feel this is truly my forever home. I'm a retired LPN/Human Services and I worked in other communities such as this one and I don't believe there is a better community. I even had my mother with me at Brookdale assisted living. The staff's opinion of their peers here is overwhelmingly positive.
