Staff is generally friendly to visitors unlike previous facility. Relatives who have visited my dad have made numerous comments to that affect. Facility have live activity leaders in memory care to personally engage residents throughout a good portion of the day. Previous facility that charged quit a bit more just turned on the tv or YouTube. They also on occasion take residents out for a drive in their bus to give them a change of scenery. This place was very nice and clean. The rooms are big. They have great activities to keep the patient busy. I like that they have a nurse on staff. Director was very helpful, friendly, cute and funny! The staff and the patients were friendly. She also understands alot about dementia her father has this horrible disease.
