You simply cannot beat the environment of this community - not only is it beautiful but what great residents and staff available. We visited during happy hour and residents were enjoying a cocktail together and listening to a current resident playing the piano. They were happy and enjoying themselves - I would love to have moved in myself to join in with this fun group! Love the amenities and activity program, always something to do. Already scheduled lunch and tour with my parents when they are back in town!

I think they were going through some major staffing challenges and transitions that resulted in a less than stellar experience during my mother's stay. The space is beautiful.

Way over sold by sales team. Staff is overworked and undertrained in dementia care. Understaffed. Food is cold and underportioned. Activities are few and not stimulating. No spaces are clean thus lots of illness. Communication with families is poor. Memory care plays a third filled to independent and assisted living. Deeply disappointed for our father. Unsafe and unhealthy.

I have written letters, to get filthy furnace filters replaced-took forever. Their big pitch is chef prepared meals. They are ineatible. Also, housekeeping is a joke- sparatic at best and way underfar. Biggest complaint- incre4ase in rent, and not even here 1 year.

Atria at Cranberry Woods is a BEAUTIFUL facility, but the price is astronomical. It would have been $7,000 a month plus treatment. They have 3 levels of care and they segregate the residents based on what their needs are. The young lady who showed me around really did a great job.
We picked this community because, it was the distance from our home. They could improve on communication. It would be nice if they had transportation for the residents.

We had to hold off on moving in due to some medical issues. This is the facility we chose because it seems very friendly and accommodating to whoever is interested in going there. Very pleasant atmosphere

We toured a lot of places and looked at a lot of other ones online, and we are very, very satisfied with Atria Cranberry Woods. My mother loves it. It's like an all-inclusive resort. The staff are very nice, and they tend to her every need. There's a nice sit-down restaurant as opposed to more typical cafeteria-style dining. And she's now in a social environment, which has been beneficial since she was living alone before.

I think they have a great range of activities and outings. My mother's biggest concern is that the food seems to be frozen, preheated food that often comes cold, or the items on the menu are not available and/or are missing ingredients - for instance, blueberry pancakes without blueberries. So she is spending money getting meals elsewhere that she finds more enjoyable, even though we're paying for two meals a day as part of her contract. The front desk staff are very friendly. The cleaning staff tends to not have good attention to detail. And we really have not seen any of the administrators since our first tour.

We have been very happy with Atria Cranberry Woods! The staff is wonderful - very caring and the activities are great. There is something going on everyday - well many things every day. She loves all of the exercise classes that they offer. Like one resident told me - it is like a cruise ship on land!

They were not totally honest. They signed our loved one in and did not tell us they were in the middle of a lock down. He was there less than two weeks.

This was a beautiful community and the staff were super nice. The price was too much for my loved ones.
I would advise others - you better make sure you know what you're buying and getting for the money you're paying. I think they have to evaluate their patients more extensively, and refuse patients if they don't think they can provide the care that's necessary for them.

Our family had an in person tour and at the time they had a covid outbreak so we were not able to go inside the community but the lady who led the tour was so nice and very accommodating. She was able to pull up a video chat to show us around which was awesome.
The staff is amazing. I wish I could highlight all of the staff members in order to acknowledge each one. Place is very clean, food is better than most other facilities. Staffing shortages is a problem for them, but they are handling it as best as they can.

The staff are excellent as well as the care they have been providing. However the meals and dining service is pretty poor and they could work to improve on their activities. We do not mind paying for top notch, but we want to have top notch service.

The community is very receptive and have available staff to assist with the residents and families. They are easy to communicate with. There is a good staff to resident ratio. Piano, music, and more are some activities available for the residents to choose from to participate in.

We did not like Atria at Cranberry Woods at all. The rooms were very small but it was the same price as other facilities we looked into with rooms twice the size. I felt very disconnected from the staff.
This place is wonderful. They really care for my loved one. There are a lot of activities. There are two theaters, a swimming pool, and a shuttle for shopping among other activities for the residents.

We toured Atria at Cranberry. WE did not go with this facility because my dad is diabetic and they were unable to meet his needs and they do not have the nursing staff to administer insulin injections.
