I would give all areas a 5. Despite many staffing changes over the past 4 months, Ashley Gardens continues to provide excellent care. The staff develops warm, but appropriate, relationships with the residents.

We moved our dad to Ashley Gardens from another facility and he made Ashley Gardens his home for a year. Ashley Gardens became his home thanks to the amazing caregivers who loved him and treated him like family. No memory care facility is perfect, but Ashley Gardens was perfect for him. The caregivers at Ashley Gardens truly know how to love and provide care in a respectful way allowing their residents to maintain their dignity. At Ashley Gardens, our dad and our family developed a meaningful relationship with all of the employees. During our time visiting dad, we witnessed employees treat every resident with the same care that they showed our dad. The end of my dad’s life was traumatic for us, but the staff at Ashley Gardens supported our dad and us every step of the way.

The family members of the patients should really be able to be involved with their loved ones. This is not a nursing home but a memory care facility. They do have fabulous day to day activities for the residents- some of which are at an additional costs that they do not tell you about ahead of time. They also have adorable holiday "parties" for the residents and their families, one afternoon a month. But as for day to day life like laundry and personal care items for the patient Ashley Gardens is not the place to send your loved ones if you're in need of someone to take care of that. For example, I have repeatedly had to purchase items for my loved ones room, like pillows, shower caddy's, towels, etc., and they go missing even though I have labeled them (larger and larger each time). Now, granted some things are missing due to the fact that these are dementia patients but the rooms are kept locked during the day and only the patients assigned to that room are in them at night. There has also been a very high turnover of staff in 2024 and the communication has been lackluster. However, there is hope that the new team will continue to work closely together to build the same level of confidence and community that Ashley Gardens was built on. It's a good place and so much more loving than the majority of the other places I've had experiences with. It's just not a nursing home.

They broke my dads arm and multiple ribs and lied about it. He was only there for maybe a week and a half. There was a police investigation that confirmed with forensic medicine that they assaulted my father. He has dementia and they took advantage of him as a vulnerable patient - And then lied to us about what happened over and over. We walked into Ashley gardens with my dad, and he left in an ambulance, on hospice.

When it came to the quality of care services my mother needed an abundance of oversight. The gals in charge were wonderfully supportive, sensitive and helpful to my mother's needs, as well as to me. They were very easy to work with. The facility was clean, with nice grounds, and convenient to where I live. They oversee a difficult community and do the best they can for the families involved

My family member has been at Ashley Gardens for a year and a half, and I have been very pleased with the care he has received. Everyone from the director to the chef knows the residents by name and always greet them cordially. I feel they really care for the residents and show their compassion to residents and their family members.

My wife of 50 years has dementia and requires full time care. I could no longer care for her at home. After visiting several facilities my daughter and I chose Ashley Gardens. After 7 months there she is happy and content. She is always clean and well dressed when I visit. Her room and bath, as well as the entire facility is always immaculately clean. Her clothes are laundered regularly, and always neatly arranged in her closet. She loves the food. Kudos to the Executive Chef! The health care staff is very professional and coordinate all visits with her medical professionals and therapist. Finally the entire staff is wonderful! They seem to love my wife and treat her (and me when I visit) like a member of their immediate family. The directors have been tremendously supportive to me from day one and regularly send me photos and videos showing my wife enjoying the activities. I consider them not just business associates, but friends. Ashley Gardens greatly exceeds my expectations

My loved one has been at Ashley Gardens for almost three months. She was welcomed warmly by the staff, and they have provided exceptional and compassionate care for her (and for our family). [name removed] provided valuable guidance through the transition to memory care. [name removed] and the nursing staff are very sensitive and caring. [name removed] and the other activities leaders maintain a full calendar of creative activities. The food is very good and the facility is clean and pleasant (currently undergoing some upgrades). [name removed] is a gifted administrator who is fully engaged in the community she leads. I could not be more pleased with Ashley Gardens and I give thanks daily for the wonderful people there.

My mother recently passed away [date removed] at the Ashley Gardens (AG) Facility after battling dementia/Alzheimer's for approximately 13 years. AG was her 3rd and final facility, and we could not have been more blessed to have AG as her final destination. As a family, we felt AG was equipped from the management team ([name removed] and [name removed]) all the way through to the workers on the floor ([names removed] and I know I missed more) were a concerted Team effort. We were welcomed any time of the day, and someone was always waiting to assist in any way. The connection with every staff member was authentic. caring, loving, prayerful, compassionate, and passionate. In mom's last days, the staff prayed with us and over my mother. This provided our family much peace as mom passed peacefully. They created a joyful presence in the wake of death/sad times. We will always be appreciative of the AG family for the compassion towards our mother.

We picked this community, because everyone seemed very engaged, the residents seemed happy. They were very friendly, and take really good care of the residents. They have done mostly everything okay. They could improve on getting another doctor.

My mother of 96 years lived at Ashley Gardens for a brief time prior to her recent passing. During her stay, she was treated with the utmost care and patience. The staff would contact me with any questions they may have had and would follow up on any requests or concerns I may have had about my mother's care. All of the personnel were available to me and exhibited a warmth and concern that allowed me to confidently leave my mother with them. Ashley Gardens offers a variety of indoor activities and has a beautiful outdoor area. The facility is clean and the kitchen adjusts the meals according to each individual's needs. All of the staff are friendly, patient, and creative and show an interest in the needs of all of the residents. I highly recommend Ashley Gardens as a home away from home for your loved one.

We are extremely happy here at Ashely Gardens. What we were looking for was good staff and the staff here were awesome. They also have great activities. They had some problems with covid and upper management came in and helped. Everything went smoothly and they really know what they are doing here. I would certainly recommend Ashley Gardens to others.

This was not an easy decision to make to place our mom in a memory care facility. My family toured Ashley Garden and right from the beginning we felt so welcomed. Once the tour was over I knew my mom would be safe and happy here. I have not met a staff member that I have not liked and have made me feel like they truly cared and loved my mom. The residents have the opportunity to be involved in a number of activities. Some of the activities I have seen them do are painting, music and dancing just to list a few. I would highly recommend Ashley Garden for a loved one.

I understand senior living communities as I have interviewed and visited dozens over the years, with my mom living in six. And my mom seems to be the happiest at Ashley Gardens. The staff there really do care about the residents, they don't seem to be flustered or overworked, and are happy as well. Since my mom can't tell me if something's amiss I take cues from her demeanor, and it's always pleasant and happy. I truly feel that Ashley Gardens will be her last community, which is very encouraging.

My mother recently moved into Ashley gardens a month ago. The Team of [name removed] and [name removed] have been excellent with the transition. Upon understanding and evaluating my mother's needs, a shared room was identified immediately, and the appropriate roommate was chosen for my mom. As opposed to other facilities my mother stayed, the cleanliness and attention to detail have been recognized. So far so good and much appreciate [name removed]and [name removed] professionalism and attentiveness to not only my mother's needs but also to me and our family.

The staff are all dedicated to taking care of their tenants. Since the place is only for people with Alzheimer's and dementia, everyone who works there does so because they want to help people with those issues. They chose to be there.

I have been very pleased with Ashley Gardens. Everyone there is so kind and also efficient. I love that all staff interact with the residents and know their names-from the director to the maintenance staff. They are caring, compassionate, and offer so many opportunities for residents to interact.
