I absolutely loved Arbor Terrace Exton, this was actually our first choice. We had kind of a weird situation, they accepted my loved ones but then the placement was blocked by another family member. They re-evaluated my parents and at that point my loved one had gone way down hill so they were unable to accept him. I was so sad because Arbor Terrace really is a great facility with wonderful staff!
Arbor Terrace is a brand new facility and all of the staff were super nice. Both my mom and I just did not get a warm and welcoming feeling like we got at another facility we were looking at.
Arbor Terrace was a very nice facility. One of the selling points is that it is by the airport so you can watch the planes and that is just not something that my mom would have enjoyed.
