My loved one has been here for 2 years, so we have a lot of expeinrece. The staff are incredible with everything that they have done. My mom has dementia and they keep her busy, they understand her condition, and they call me if there is any type of issue what so ever. I am always well informed of what is going on. Our family had an in person tour and Arbor Oaks was very sad. A lot of residents sitting around in wheelchairs, idle, nothing stimulating going on except one TV was playing. Again, it may have had to do with the timing of our visit, but we left with our mindset at a "absolutely ruled out".

My first impression of the Arbor Oaks at Greenacres was good the second not so much. It is nothing against the Arbor oaks, it is personal preference. I'm sure this place would be a good fit for someone else.

My mom is really happy with the care that she is getting here. The staff is very nice and helpful. She is offered alot of activities to stay active. The meals are good and she seems to be very happy with the variety. I would recommend the great care that is given here.
