When we first got there, price wasn't clear and communication wasn't great. I think they should have staff meetings to keep everyone on the same page. Maybe even a billboard to communicate important information. For example, they said we could get cable for dad and that any provider was ok. I did that and then found out it wasn't an option, with two different companies. I will say, it is starting to get better, but still unorganized. No one has been there to clean his apartment, I did it. However, they do wash his laundry for him. I'm so glad I got him in there, but wish they were more organized. Meals are ok, dinner is better. They do offer seconds, which is nice. My dad isn't very active, but I do know they offer a lot of activities. I have recommended the facility to others. Overall, he really loves it there. Again, I just wish they would be more organized with the staff and with communication to the families.
I really love this place i feel that my loved one is in an amazing place. The nurses are wonderful they are attentive with the care needs that my family member needs. Meals are healthy and good the portions are great. One of the things that my loved one does mention is the soup being the main course for dinner it would be good if they made this a side. They do however, offer other things on the side. I would recommend this place to a friend or loved one.
Overall we are very happy. The community is well maintained and decorated. Communication is very good, they have a Facebook page, and we get a newsletter weekly. The activities are great and my mom loves them. I would recommend this community to others.
