Overall I think everything was good and super friendly. There was a time or two that when a medical condition arose, there was confusion on orders and f/u with the Dr. was lacking. Also telling him was not effective as he doesn't always understand the medical jargon or couldn't remember what he was told to repeat it.

We are very happy with Emerald Bay. The staff is very caring and the facility is beautiful and clean. She has a nice one bedroom apartment on the first floor with an electric fireplace. Her window faces the woods. She enjoys the birds. They do her cleaning and laundry. They help her with her shower and give her her medication. She gets WiFi and cable included.

They are wonderful and care about the residents.We picked this community, because we visited and talked to others that had family there in the past. I would definitely recommend this place but it is very expensive.

We chose Simpatico Cielo Vista because I had an aunt who was here for 5 years and we had a good experience with them. The facility itself is 1 story and smaller so you do not have to worry about stairs or elevators. The room sizes are nice and spacious. She really enjoys the meals here which is a plus. The location is great, it is very centrally located in El Paso. It is close to freeways, the airport, shopping centers, etc. I would recommend to others looking.

Our loved ones so far have not complained about the food and from what we have seen of it, it looks delicious. When we are able to visit we do see some people utilizing the different activities, but with the pandemic the activities are still pretty restricted. We do think the value for cost is great, and the most important thing about this community is the care they show the residents. The care is absolutely a five star.

Emerald Bay offers a lot of activities for the residents to do, and we like that our parents feel safe at this community. If anything happens to them, the community calls us immediately to update us. The rooms are very good, and our parents really like the food.

It is a small community and cultural community. I would consider this community a Hispanic oriented community. We don't feel like this is a business it is a friendly environment. They are very detailed oriented and provide a lot of info to us. I would definitely recommend this community

I couldn’t be more please with Mom’s new home at Emerald Bay! This was a BIG step for my mom as she never lived anywhere other than Sheboygan County! All the care givers are genuine & attentive to mom’s needs/wants. I knew the 1st time I walked in for my tour; this was the place for my mom!!! I am truly grateful for everyone and their kindness & love shown to my mom in her new home!

Not suited for us. [Name removed] was not very professional and facilities seemed geared more for memory loss clients. Mom is not like that now.

Sunridge at Cielo Vista is a great assisted living facility. It is currently going through some renovations and my mother's room will receive a new vinyl, wood look floor and a new paint job. My mother has lived in beautiful, green East Texas for over 50 years and this courtyard is green and beautiful with vibrantly colored flowers. My mother loves birds and humming birds and, ironically, there are feeders for both right outside her windows. I felt El Paso's xeriscaping would not be ideal for her. But what sold me on Sunridge at Cielo Vista for my mother was that they have a employee interacting with the residents in the activity room all day long. When I visited there were about 25 residents involved in several activities and they were so involved and friendly. I think my mother will enjoy her days and make friends easily because of the activity room. [Name removed], the marketing director, has been SO helpful! She's fantastic!

Our mom was in the Memory Care unit. The care, patience and affection from the staff was beyond belief. The facility has a warm and inviting atmosphere with lots of wood and a craftsman style design. Mom’s room was always clean and neat and she always seemed happy to see any of the caregivers when they came into the room. A plus is cost certainty in that you lock in a rate structure at the beginning and don’t have to worry about being nickeled and dimed. Care cost may increase with needs, but you know what they’ll be going in. I cannot recommend them more highly.

I visited Emerald Bay yesterday. The community looked great and the apartments looked very nice. I will be discussing with my siblings and possibly putting a down payment down to reserve a room pending outcome of my parents progress/approval.

Staff was very caring and did a great job taking care of my father in the memory care unit.

The help we received was phenomenal. My parents are safe and comfortable and us children are so relieved. Thanks for all the help throughout our transition.

Location not optimal for my parents but otherwise lovely, clean, & friendly. Nice amenities.

This is a very nice community bright and open and I am very pleased with the care my mother is getting here. She likes going to the dining room and she enjoys the food as well. Her room is very nice and the staff here are friendly and attentive. I also like the fact that they monitor my mom's meds and making sure she takes them correctly. I would definitely recommend this community.

Beautiful facility. The memory care unit felt homey and comfortable -- not like a nursing home at all. The pricing and payment policies seem fair and reasonable.

Lovely place! Can't wait for them to finish so we can move Mom in. The rooms are large, especially the one bedrooms, the facility is well laid out , spacious, and cozy.
