5 on everything. Facility was exceptional in every way. Our first impression of the community is that it was sparkling clean! I actually talked to the lady that did the cleaning. She took pride in her work. Also observed other staff interaction with patients and it was always pleasant and personable. The facility was bright and cheerful with lots of windows for natural light which made every area seem spacious

The Courtyards at Johnson City - The Gardens

When it comes to the meals and dining, this area needs lots of work. There needs to be healthier, fresh food...more vegetables and fruits. And better quality meats. The activities has recently dramatically improved with the hiring of a really good activities director. Previously, there were limited activities for the residents. Overall, we are happy with The Courtyards but there's room for improvement.

The Village At Allandale in Kingsport, TN

Everyone at the community is very helpful. The staff seem to really care about the residents. They are interactive and engaging with the residents. The community tries to accommodate the residents with their restrictions and preferences for food.
