The staff are very friendly and very adamant about their pandemic protocols. I would recommend the community to others. My friend one has not complained about the food. They have stopped activities due to the pandemic.

Porters Neck Village in Wilmington, NC
4.7

We are thrilled with how well we are being taken care of during these difficult times! We are fed door to door, brought groceries we have ordered and prescriptions door to door, given daily fun tasks and exercises on our closed circuit TV and shown daily happy faces by our attending associates. We have been provided visitor's kiosks to share family time in a safe mode with a window separation and wireless phone connections. We have a Make a Wish, program, a cute Village Market with all the trimmings located in our Commons Bldg.,a command center for immediate answers to our needs, and transportation provided for all medical appointment if necessary. We are so pleased to be a part of this happy family!

The Kempton At Brightmore in Wilmington, NC
4.2

My mother lived at the Kempton for about a year and a half before she passed away unexpectedly in late [date removed]. She loved it there! They had lots of activities that she enjoyed and she made many new friends there. I always found the staff to be friendly & caring and the facility was always clean. Mom had some dementia and repeated herself alot but they always had patience with her. I would recommend it to anyone.
