My mother was a resident at Ledgewood Bay and things were very good for her when she was here. Communication with the family is solid. The Executive Director is very accessible and approachable. She showed me much empathy when my mom passed away. I wish they had the next level of care for non-ambulatory elderly, for my dad. I worry about having to move my dad at some point because of this. He's still a resident at this facility and he loves it here. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.
The staff at Nashoba Park Assisted Living was extremely helpful, kept me well-informed and made changes as needed for my brother. They even got on gluten free food for my brother, who was gluten-free. My brother was there for two months and the staff must have been great to him because he had to make sure he said goodbye to housekeeping, nurses, the dining room, staff, and all others. They had many activities and the facility was always spotless. Everyone was always friendly to visitors.
We like this community. The staff are caring and the community is very clean. My father liked alot of the activities and normally he would not participate. He liked Bingo, music and they guest that come in sing and play alot of songs in the 50's where he joined in. They have weekly field trips that he really enjoys. He does like the food and the variety that is served. There have been a few times that the staff has not been available and he needs someone one on one attention from the staff. I would recommend this community for the care and value.
