We have been impressed by the care of the staff. They really just "love my mother" and let her know! The place is small enough that one does not feel as if one is in an institution. Any time there is a concern, we can call or stop by and talk to admin., who are very quick to address the issue. All of the staff do all of the work. I've seen the Executive Director, and the head of Nursing, serving meals and cleaning up!
I absolutely love it and my Dad seems to like it. I love the staff and they have been great for my Dad. He has adjusted extremely well. He feels like this is his home. He is really happy with the food there.
