Brookdale Mount Vernon Drive

We were looking for a place that mom would love. This community was exactly that. Everyone is friendly and treat us like family. When we visit, we see the director there through the week and on weekends. Management is often seen in the community talking with other residents and staff. My mother thinks of Mount Vernon Drive as her home. She loves the staff the same as family. This place was exactly what we needed and they have delivered everything they said they would.

Placing my aunt here was the best decision our family made. Everyone working there makes time for me from the executive director to the aids caring for my aunt. My aunt is family there with all the attention, activities, and making friends. It is a very home-like environment. Highly recommend this place.

My grandmother has lived at Brookdale Mt Vernon Drive for over a year and is well taken care of. She has made friends and the staff treat her and our family like we are a part of their family like we are a part of their family. I highly recommend Brookdale Mt Vernon Drive Memory Care.

Mom has lived at Brookdale Mt Vernon for almost four months. She adjusted quickly to her new home. The Staff is kind And they take good care of mom. The Activities Director does a great job And management is friendly, mom receives A lot of love here and I am pleased

I toured this community. They were so helpful to me. The building was clean and smell great. Staff were helpful to the residents. They were doing activities and seemed to be having a great time.

Every time I come to visit my grandmother, it exudes freshness and the aroma of something mouthwatering being prepared in the kitchen invigorates my sense, making me feel like my grandmother is in for a real treat!

We knew the day was coming soon that we would have to place my dad into a memory care assisted living community. I was new to the process and felt overwhelmed after touring many communities in Cleveland, TN. The moment we walked into Brookdale Mt Vernon Drive I could see it had everything that dad needed to thrive. The building is safely secured away from a busy road and the moment you walk in you feel like you are at home. The staff are very friendly and welcoming like you are a part of the family. Not just a number. The community was clean and I did not smell any odors unlike other communities we toured previously. As we toured I could see that the residents were engaged with an activity and the Caregivers truly cared about them and were laughing with them. I also had medical concerns that the clinical staff were able to educate me about. I LOVE Brookdale Mt Vernon Drive and highly recommend them to everyone!

This was the best move we made for my mother. She is doing better there than anywhere she has been. She loves the staff, the activities, and has made new friends. Wonderful community. The management staff were very visible in the community including the Executive Director, Business Office, Sales Manager and Director of Nursing. Building was beautifully decorated. Very home like. Most importantly, the residents seemed very happy.

I have visited Mount Vernon Drive several times and the community is friendly and home like. The activities are wonderful and they do gardening in the courtyard. I would place my family at Mount Vernon Drive without hesitation.

My loved one was briefly a resident at Brookdale Mount Vernon Drive. He was there for a very short time and it was a horrible experience. Based on our experience, I would not recommend Brookdale Mount Vernon Drive to anyone.

I chose Brookdale Mount Vernon Drive for my mom and it was the best decision I could have made. I was keeping her with me at home, and she wasn't getting the social interaction that she desperately needed. She was sleeping too much, and it was getting difficult for me to maintain her care. Now mom loves the activities and looks forward to the armchair travel destinations. She has made friends and has more good days than bad. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to put our daddy. The nursing care is top notch. The nurses stay on top of everything and always notify us if there are any concerns or changes to medications. There are plenty of activities for him to get involved in or just sit and watch. They have nurse practitioners, therapy, home health and hospice that all come in to the building. We were able to stop having to drag him around to all his medical appointments because they do it all there at the community! We are able to go about our daily lives without having to worry about daddy and we are able to visit and be his daughters again, not his caregivers. This community is small but the care and love show by the staff is mighty.

What a beautiful building and wonderful staff. When I come to visit my grandmother, she is always with her friends participating in activities which brings joy to my heart to see her so happy and living her best life at the Brookdale Mtn Vernon Community. I truly appreciate Brookdale Mtn Vernon for everything they do for my grandmother and the care she is receiving. My grandmother has a beautiful view of the patio garden and the staff is always there for any needs that are needed. I would highly recommend you to move your family member into this community.

Brookdale Mt Vernon Drive has the expertise to know how to look at the resident's needs, and to work together with the clinical staff, and the families, for the betterment of the resident's quality of care. I have been impressed by their professionalism, their genuine care for all of the residents, the serene ambiance of the facility, the cleanliness of the building, the quality of the food, the fun activities to engage the residents, and how much love and attention is put into the details of Brookdale Mt Vernon Drive. When I was looking for a safe facility to place my mother in I toured many facilities and I have not regretted placing her in Brookdale Mt Vernon Drive. Neither will you!
