Before a resident is accepted, they must go through a service plan screening to assure their needs are going to be met. This screening includes a number of areas of interest such as community must document any substantial changes in a resident’s status which may necessitate relocation to a more specialized community , medical examination report, monthly nursing assessment of resident as ordered by physician , and communities must document such assessment.
