Memory Care
The care and love they had for not only my father but for our family was unreal. They went far and beyond of what their job title was. [removed] is one of the care takers that work in memory care. The love in her eyes for all of the residents is remarkable. After the our loss she continued to check on our family. An angel is and understatement when speaking about her. What a blessing. Celeste care , Thank you.
The Country Oaks at Hamilton Creek facility is awesome. I can not think of a single complaint or area that needs improvement. Our loved one was hesitant to accept moving to assisted living, but within a month, she was telling her friends how nice it is there. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families.
Their staff is very nice, but I would rate their communications around a 3 or 4. Some times you get good information but sometimes you do not get timely or accurate information. So you may to call back. I would recommend this facility to others looking.
