The staff are very, very kind and interested in the residents. They give 5-star service. They're also very interested in interacting with the families, and they welcome the families to come visit. If they have any staff shortages, the administrators will even fill in. They have great communication with emails and phone calls. And the food is quite good.

Brookdale Boise Parkcenter

Everyone is friendly. The facility is clean and appealing and the activities are great. My mom says that the food was good, but has declined recently. My parents have received the best care from the nursing staff! I would definitely recommend Brookdale Boise Parkcenter to families needing care. I am grateful.

Copper Springs Senior Living in Meridian, ID
4.5

Staff is very friendly, very patient and caring and they keep me informed on Emily's transition to living in the facility. They need to provide exercise classes to the memory care residents like they do for the assisted living residents. There is nothing exercise related for them and not much else other than coloring. I get a group of 3 or 4 to play games with me sometimes when I go to visit [name removed].
