I like the ability to setup a shop in my room. Some of the food doesn't taste good. Based on the experience I have had so far, I would recommend Regal Estates of League City to other families.
We were pleased with the attention from the owner[name removed]. She was excellent at follow up and ensuring changes were made per our request. The facility was new and attractive and well maintained. They were adequately staffed. The staff was helpful and we were comfortable asking questions if we had a concern. They made efforts to be engaging of the residents by celebrating birthdays and other holidays. Because our family member had a feeding tube we can't speak to the meals. A couple of times it was Necessary to get our family member to the hospital. In both cases this was handled well.
The experience I've had with Sodalis in taking care of my mother has been very positive. There have been bumps along the way, but I recognize that life's experiences can be struggles at times. Having said this I believe that Sodalis has responded in positive ways to ensure that the care of its residents is and will continue to be its focus. Very pleased with the management and care-workers that have been tasked with one of the most challenging responsibilities that is involved with caring for our elderly family members. I thank you and appreciate everything you do in this most important efforts.
