Nice 50+ Apt Complex

I’ve lived here for several years and I moved from a complex where I owned a condo. I was glad to move into a complex which had a facilities staff to handle the usual maintenance issues at their expense instead of my own. The location is great for all sorts of activities with the Missouri City Recreation Center down the street and the YMCA just a handful of blocks away. This is not a nursing home, an assisted living facility or a personal care home. It’s an apartment complex for seniors who can get around pretty well on their own. Many of us still drive but PQV provides a van driver for regular outings to neighborhood banks, post office and grocery stores. They have regular activities in the Clubhouse and in good weather, there are activities around the pool. I feel safe here.... Read more

Response from Plantation at Quail Valley

September 11, 2019

Ry, We apologize for the misunderstanding. This is not exactly correct. The addenda allows us to have any FALSE reviews taken down. We absolutely agree that any legitimate true reviews; good or bad should be allowed to remain on any review site and allow the guest or resident to come up with their own opinion once they read it. We work very hard to provide a quality living environment for our residents. In 2018 Plantation at Quail Valley won the Houston Apartment Association Property of the Year in Senior Living. Thank you for your review and please know that addenda was sent out in error and will not be utilized at this community. Respectfully, Plantation at Quail Valley Management Team.

My tour

This community does not offer a lot of amenities. The cost is lower than other communities and they do seem to keep it clean. The person that took us on tour was friendly and helpful. We were looking for more of an active community.

Frequently Asked Questions about Plantation at Quail Valley

Plantation at Quail Valley offers 1 Bedroom. Learn more.

A Place for Mom has scored Plantation at Quail Valley 8.5 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.

We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.

Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
