We've utilized The Waterford for respite stays, and we loved it. We would have put my loved one there long-term except they don't have memory care. Even though the building is old, the people were so nice. The care was great. And the food was good.
The staff is helpful and friendly. My mom is happy there. I visited 6 or 7 places and this one was the cleanest. I have visited a lot and all the people there seem to be happy
My mom absolutely loved it here. The staff were exceptional and the food was excellent. It is a very nice facility, everything is clean, they did her laundry, cleaned her apartment, etc. Staff were always available and great with communication to the family. It is pricey but totally worth it, it is a top notch place. If she could come back here we would move her back in a heartbeat, she just needed more extensive care.
