We've utilized The Waterford for respite stays, and we loved it. We would have put my loved one there long-term except they don't have memory care. Even though the building is old, the people were so nice. The care was great. And the food was good.
My mom absolutely loved it here. The staff were exceptional and the food was excellent. It is a very nice facility, everything is clean, they did her laundry, cleaned her apartment, etc. Staff were always available and great with communication to the family. It is pricey but totally worth it, it is a top notch place. If she could come back here we would move her back in a heartbeat, she just needed more extensive care. If you are looking for assisted living for your loved one, The Waterford at Roxbury Park is the place to go.
Very nice upkeep on lawn and sidewalks. The hallways and common areas kept clean and free of obstacles. The staff is pleasant and very helpful. When it comes to the activities they have a nice selection of activities to choose from, including group and individual activities . For the value for cost it is very reasonable price compared to other options. We have already recommended this community to others and will continue to do so.
