My mother has only been there a month. So far it's adequate. She was suppose to move in to another facility and we are waiting on her to be moved, and if anything we are disappointed at them for putting us through this.

I have to say that every time I go there, there is always a friendly face. There is someone pleasant who greets me and they are giving my mom the best care possible. I feel like the care is excellent, always a good experience.

I don't have a whole lot of experiences with places like this, but I have been very impressed with Gabriel Manor. My experience with them has been very good. It is more affordable than other options we have looked at, and the staff has been very friendly and helpful. They explained some things about Alzheimers that I did not know and had not read anywhere. It was just overall a very good experience.

We toured this place, and I thought it was very good! The staff were very nice, helpful, and informative, and the care services looked excellent. They also seemed to have a lot to offer in terms of activities and amenities. I liked that they had a dining room and someone who actually prepared their meals, not just cold food, and the hair salon too, so mom could get her hair done. I would recommend this community!

Franklin Manor seemed like a very nice place. It was clean and the workers all seemed very friendly. It did seem a bit expensive, but I don't have a lot to compare it to.

We visited this community when we were looking into care options for a loved one. I thought Franklin Manor looked like a very nice place! The facility was well kept and clean, and the staff all seemed very friendly. They appeared to have a good variety of activities, and they told me they are always happy to help their residents find something to do if they don't want to participate in any specific activity.

We toured here. I thought they were great, they were very helpful and accommodating. It was very clean, and I thought the staff were extremely friendly, it seemed like they would do anything to help. I wasn't sure what to expect with the price, it's a bit pricey compared to where we are currently, but it's a whole different level of care. When I was there I saw some ladies getting their nails done, and they really seemed to be enjoying it.

My experience with Green Leaf Care Center has been absolutely great - the assistance I received from the administrative staff has been incredible. I had to make decisions for my brother's care very rapidly - he was in the hospital with COPD - advance stage requiring oxygen 24/7. He was in NC and I live in GA - logistics were tough. I did not have the luxury of looking at multiple facilities - Green Leaf was very clean and smelled clean (important for me). I arrived in Lillington on Wednesday afternoon and was able to move my brother in on Thursday afternoon. I had so many things to do that required fax machines/printing/ copying and even using their computer to type a document. Even after returning home, I have had occasions when I have emailed documents to Brooke @ Green Leaf and she would print them, obtain my brother's signature and fax the signed document to me. I cannot imagine managing David's care without the assistance they give so freely. My brother seems quite content and is much better at Green Leaf than he was at home.

They did everything very well, all the way from admissions processing to care for my mom and getting her involved. The staff was very friendly and treated her very well. It was a very family oriented atmosphere.

Overall things have gone very well with The Gardens of Green Ridge! Everyone has been very nice. They were helpful and polite during my tour, and explained everything perfectly. It's a nice looking, clean place, and they take great care of the people who live here. One word of advice that I'd give to other families who are looking is if you are interested in a room somewhere put a deposit down, even if it's just a small one, they can go fast!

From the minute we walked in the door at The Gardens of Green Ridge we knew this was the place for our Mom to live. We were greeted with friendly, warm smiles by the staff. We went on a tour and we were very pleased with the amount of time that was spent with us, all of our questions were answered without us ever needing to ask a single question. Our tour was such a positive experience that we moved our Mom right in. She lives in their dementia wing and we are very pleased with her care and the staff are truly caring , loving people. They throw great parties and they go all out. This is a top notch place to be if your Mom or Dad needs to be somewhere . We sleep at night knowing she is in great caring and loving arms. God Bless this wonderful place.

Franklin Manor is new so some of the activities and other logistics that are still getting worked out, but so far they are doing incredibly well. The process of moving in has been seamless. They have been very kind and considerate to my husband. He has health needs that they are very much on top of, much more so than other places we have tried.

Although the facility is not new, it is extremely well maintained and clean! It is well staffed and conveniently arranged for the comfort of the residents! Management is very experienced in operation of the facility; and very outgoing and helpful. Management's interaction with residents as we toured, was very impressive. This is the facility we are choosing for my mother.

They're doing a great job at The Gardens of Green Ridge, I like it here very much! It's a clean, nice looking place, and the staff are all very friendly. They're always happy to help and respond quickly if you call for them. I also think they do a good job with the food here!

I give them 100%!! I have no complaints. They are just the friendliest most loving people I have ever met. They are awesome, and not just one person, it's everyone, they all just have the best personalities, they are all considerate and kind. They are very attentive. Everyone is very impressed.

I looked at quite a few communities before selecting Gabriel Manor, and so far they have done an excellent job! It's a beautiful community, and the staff have all been very friendly and very accommodating. They've been more than happy to work with me on any specific requests I've had regarding care and therapy for my loved one.

It was wonderful. The staff was five plus! I just want everyone to know how wonderful they were to do business with. There is plenty enough parking! The food was excellent. It’s just a wonderful community.

Gabriel Manor is a great place for Mom. The staff are very nice , friendly and caring of Mom and our situation. We feel that " A Place For Mom" truly helped us find the perfect place for our mother.

We are very pleased with Gabriel Manor so far! It's a newer facility, and was opened in June 2013, so it is very nice! The accomodations are great! I feel good about my father being there in such a nice environment. The staff are all very nice and I really don't have anything negetive to say about them!

The facility is new which is very appealing. For a memory care home, it is very open and doesn't seem shut-off and isolated like many mixed facilities I've visited. All the staff members I have interacted with have been very outgoing and pleasant. They seem to genuinely care for the residents, engaing them in conversation and in daily activities. The residents seem content and well cared for. I hear the food is good :0) and the facility has always been clean when visiting. Staff members keep me updated on sister's adjustment, progress and needs. I highly recommend this home.
