It is very clean. The staff is friendly. Having a PT on site is great. The dining room is nice meals are ok. My loved one does not participate in the activities but it is not because of staff. They try really hard to get him to participate. Only thing I could say they could improve would be some communication. I think that is common everywhere. I would definitely recommend to others.

We chose Lakewood Transitional Care because we were very impressed with the facility and it is close to our home so I could go visit daily. The staff seemed pleasant as well and there were a significant amount of men who lived here. The facility has been trying their very hardest with my husband. I would recommend to others looking.

I was doing some advanced planning and toured this Racine facility for another perspective. My guide was [name removed] and she was both calm and articulate in explaining procedures and accommodations, as well as honestly answering my specific questions. The place is smaller with limited gathering areas and small, basic private rooms, but very clean, nicely appointed and well organized. Although security measures are in place for those with memory issues, the facility is not a locked memory care unit. The level of care the team is able to provide in this assisted living facility does seem to be more limited compared to some (i.e. transfers, equipment, skills, etc.) but seems a good, quiet place for those needing less assistance and more independent.

Our experience with Sage Meadow was a very positive one! We were able to get a lot of information about the facility before we even contacted them from online resources. We contacted the staff to learn more and see if this was a good fit for our senior, and she was very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. I met with her and toured the facility before bringing in our senior. I was very impressed with the layout, decor, cleanliness, and warmth of the place. The facility hosted an “ice cream social” event where we brought her to take a tour and enjoy a treat. She liked everything, from the apartment layout to the meal choices. We were very pleased with Sage Meadow as a quality, home-like environment for those in need of assisted living.

It's a good choice. However, you do need to be an active advocate for your person in the facility. You need to keep track of what is being said and done. It's a nice environment inside and out. The interior is very well designed and colorful. We really like the size of facility itself and also the rooms - both are not too big and not too small. It's located in in a residential section, so it's nice to see people walking around. The food leaves a little to be desired. It's not really geared to the age group that's there with their dental and digestion issues. I feel there should be more "comfort foods" for that age group. There's also too much food, so a lot goes to waste. But it's a very clean place. I've never noticed any smells. The public bathrooms are always clean. Our loved one's rooms are cleaned on a weekly basis, including the bathroom, kitchen, and carpets. And then the dusting is left up to us. The area where she receives her therapy is clean as well. They try to have activities, but some are less successful due to lack of participation. And that could be due to Covid. I don't know what that was like before or what it would be like afterward. I feel they could gear the activities a little them more towards their generation. I like that they have the call buttons for the residents to wear, instead of pull cords. That way they always have access to help.

The friendliness and ease of contacting them if there was any kind of an issue was great. They always answered the phone. They treated me with respect, and they treated my loved one with respect. If your loved one can't take care of themselves any longer, it's a really good place to go. They did a really great job.

The community is really nice, but things have slowed down due to covid. My mom is getting excellent care in my opinion, the food is good and they have a good variety. The room sizes are good-sized and you can set it up how you like. The kitchen in the unit has an optional counter that can be removed. I would recommend this community.

The staff has done a wonderful job taking care of my mom during these difficult times with being shut down because of the virus. I only wish I would have been able to see my mom more.

Parkview Gardens is a beautiful facility.

This looked like a very nice community when I visited.The people I met were nice and knowledgable. They seem to offer some nice activities. The community we chose had the larger room we were looking for.

I have no complaints on how things are going for my dad since he made the move into this community. The staff have been very helpful with the transition and I am comfortable with the care they have been providing him. Overall things seem to be going well and he is enjoying himself since he made the move. I would recommend it to anyone who is interested.

I have no complaints about the tour I had taken at this community. The staff where on time to our appointment and made sure to answer any questions we had for them in detail. The floor plan was open with a lot of great amenities for all of the residents. it was just not the right fit for my mother in the end decision.

I toured this community for my father. The rooms were very small and would not be comfortable for my father. The staff was nice and able to answer the questions I had on the care that is received. The mean was average on the meals that are served. This community does offer a lot of activities for the residents who want to participate. We would suggest that families tour this community for care.

My tour of this community went well. The community was clean, and well-kept from what I saw. The staff was kind, and informative. It was a nice experience, and everything went well overall.

I have recently moved my mom into this community and I have been very pleased with how the staff have helped her feel right at home especially from the horrible experience she had from another facility. They have a great memory care unit with lots of one on one time with the staff as well as activities and arts and crafts for them to enjoy. So far I am happy with how everything is going and am thankful I found this place,

The prices on the website were not accurate. The people told my mother that they were not sure about a Hoyer lift. The place was nice, but the end result was disappointing.

This community seemed very nice. The residents were very independent (for needing assistance). The facility was clean and the apartments (both the 1 bedrooms and studios) were large. The staff was very friendly and understanding. I thought they could use a few more activities, but with so many residents independent, I can understand why they didn't have as many. The food was excellent. I would not hesitate to send my family member here, but a different place was a better fit.

The staff that offered the tour of Artisan Senior Living Middleton were friendly and courteous. They were very knowledgeable and were able to address all of our concerns. The community was nicely kept and clean throughout.
