Very nice place but issues with staff turnover and clinical knowledge are deficiencies. Meds not given on time. Loosing meds. Food not on time, not producing meals that are on the menus, only offering a sandwich multiple times. Not enough staff to take orders and deliver food. Facilities staff is great and the administration staff is nice and helpful.

We are absolutely thrilled with the efficiency apartment that we just moved our mom into at Clear Fork. The facilities are beautiful, inviting, and homey. The apartments are clean, have a large bath, cute stylish kitchen, and good sized rooms. She can look out onto the courtyard and even hang bird feeders or plants outside your window. The food is delicious (3 meals a day), and there are activities galore. One and two-bedroom apartments are also available. There is a nurse on staff and an interior pharmacy. They have trash service daily and cleaning service once a week. The best part is the peace of mind that we have knowing Memaw is safe and in a clean, beautiful place where I’d like to live in myself. My husband and I laughed and asked the director how old we have to be before we can move in. This facility has different levels of care as Memaw needs it. I love not having to ever move her. If you are looking for a place for a loved one, look no further. You’ve found it.

My dad loves the food and the staff at Truewood by Merrill, River Park. They are all so sweet to him and helpful, if his TV isn't working or any other small thing. The housekeeping is good and they are very friendly. The activities are so much fun for him, especially on Fridays when they have music and dancing. I would definitely recommend this facility to family and friends!
