The staff seem to truly enjoy their job and sincerely care about the residents! It's a very happy place to be overall.

Everyone was very friendly - staff, residents - all of them. The director goes out of her way to make sure everyone is cared for and she is very involved with all of the residents on a daily basis. We would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a caring place for their loved one.

The facility is well kept and does smell like many others, instead it is fresh and more like a traditional home. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, going out of their way to help not just the resident but also the family of the residents. If you ask them a question they don't know, they go find the answer and get back to you with it. The facility initially has a hotel look and feel, but now you settle in, it quickly feels less like this and more like a home. The staff was incredible.

Truly everything with Highlands Village Senior Living was a 5. They have friendly people working there, and they always followed through with what the said they would do. Ours was just a week long stay.

Wife and I toured and this is the place we will move to! It is beautiful and so clean. The staff is so welcoming and friendly. It is close to everything including hospital and all of our doctors.

When faced with the need to find an assisted living facility for my mother earlier this year, our family explored several options locally. We were immediately impressed with the Highlands, from the quality and cleanliness of the facility to the responsive, helpful staff. They took the time to answer our questions and helped us with this difficult decision. My mother has been a resident since February and is very happy there, she especially enjoys her daily interactions with the friendly staff - we continue to feel very fortunate that she is at the Highlands. We would highly recommend the Highlands to others.

My in-laws moved to Highlands Village during the pandemic. The staff was exceptionally welcoming and accommodating during a difficult transition. My father-in-law passed a few weeks later and, again, the staff was so caring and compassionate. Even though I'm not there often, I'm always enthusiastically greeted and feel like I'm a member of a family instead of a visitor.

Our Mom has received such great care and attention at HVSL. Many of the Care Partners and staff refer to her as “Mom” and treat her as they would their own family. When my sisters and I are there, we are treated like family as well. When I leave after each visit, I’m comforted in knowing she is loved, cared for, and has all her needs met.

Both of my parents have been at Highlands Village Senior Living for over a year, and we are extremely happy with this facility! It felt like home from the moment we stepped inside. It’s a beautiful, spacious building where every member of the staff is friendly and welcoming. They have a full calendar of fun activities that keeps the residents happy and active. The food is delicious and can satisfy the pickiest eater! Most importantly, my mom and dad receive excellent care. I know they are happy and well taken care of at all times. Highlands Village is an outstanding facility and I’m so happy we made the decision to move my parents there.

We cannot comment on the meals and dining because we have never eaten there. For the value for cost it is cheaper then most places we had checked out. Mom's care has been a struggle. I have to stay on them a lot. She still doesn't get the evening care at bedtime. I don't feel they check her depends often enough. They don't keep a pad in her chair like I've asked. For someone with inconsistent issues, changing her sheets once a week isn't enough! Their weekend staff is lousy! So much so I'm going to check another place

The facility is clean and well kept. Staff is outstanding, provide awesome care for the residents and are great to work with. We have absolutely no complaints. It initially comes across like you're staying in a Hilton, but once you're there it's much more warm and home-like. The staff makes you feel like family. I would absolutely recommend Highlands Village of Mansfield.

Highlands Village Senior Living feels like a home when you walk in, you can tell the residents are so well taken care of and that they are happy to be there. Everyone is so friendly and so helpful when we come to visit. There are more then enough activities for the residents to do and based on our experience so far we would most definitely recommend this community to other families
