My father lived at Azalea Place for 6+ years. The staff were not only friendly and caring but often went out of their way to do special things for my father from rides to the store and special meals they knew he liked. Living far away, and not able to do many things for him myself, these tokens of kindness were always nice to hear from him. When my father passed this past July, it became apparent to me just how wonderful the staff at Azalea Place is. They could not have been more kind, compassionate, and accommodating. During the difficult task of clearing out my father's room, I heard so many stories about my Father from the staff and knew he was truly loved and cared for. Even 8 months later, as I was in the process of settling my father's estate, the director, [name removed] , was so helpful and responsive for various documentation items requested. I would highly recommend Azalea Place to anyone looking for a clean, professional and special place for loved ones to be cared for.

She obviously would have preferred less expensive but she was so well taken care of. They had a lot of activities when she chose to participate. Even had activities that got the community there which I think helped a lot. We would definitely recommend and I do frequently to people who ask me. The staff were very caring for my loved one.

We placed our mother here two months ago in memory care unit. Within weeks we noticed a huge difference in her behavior. We have not seen her this happy in years. She has allowed us to be a huge part of her life. She has smiled more in two months which makes us know she is happy. I think the staff is fantastic and truly cares about the patients
