My loved one is currently a resident at Burton's Ridge Assisted Living. The staff here have been great, friendly, caring and helpful. I have heard no complaints about the meals. They have kept the family well informed of activities, etc. The residents here really are fantastic. The atmosphere is welcoming and homey. My loved one is a resident at Oterbein Cridersville and the experience has been great. I would recommend the facility to others. Actually, I'm trying to talk my 94 year old in laws into moving there. Communication with the family could be better. I wish they had contacted me about the recent power outages. But all in all, I'm very pleased.
