Burton’s Ridge Assisted Living is situated along a private road in a pleasant suburban neighborhood where residents are invited to experience person-centered, dignified care.
Lima, Ohio, is a town north of Dayton. It’s home to medical centers and a hospital, bringing peace of mind to residents and their loved ones. In addition, Lima has many common conveniences. There are several shops and boutiques throughout the town that residents and their loved ones can visit after treating themselves to a meal at one of the local restaurants. Residents can also enjoy time with others at the local ice cream shop. Lima also offers outdoor entertainment at the Shawnee Country Club and the public park.

I picked it because it was one of the few that wasn't full and because it offered a medicare waiver after a year of private pay. If a friend asked I would tell them that it is a pretty nice place in a beautiful setting.

The place itself is a really nice setting, it is in a woodsy area - nice outdoor setting. We know they have activities but aren't quite sure exactly what they have, and the activities aren't really geared towards anyone.

They are doing a real good job with out loved one, sometimes we do think they don't have enough help but they do well for themselves. The cleanliness of the community is real good, and the staff members are excellent. Before COVID we were able to eat a few meals there and the food was real good.
