The facility is very open and inviting. They need to hire someone who will actually go get residents & ask them to come to activities instead of letting them sleep. They have 1 aide who is better at inclusion than the actual activity person.
My biggest concern is trying to get a schedule and routine together for mom. Now that mom is there, I have to find things out when I am up there visiting or when I call. They do not proactively call me to give me progress reports, and I wish they would. That is my biggest concern. That said, they work extremely well with the residents, keep them well cared for and busy. The staff is very friendly and polite. I really think they are a top notch place.
Very friendly, caring, homey place, considerate, helpful, and concerned staff. I would absolutely recommend Kind-er care to others looking for assisted living for a loved one.
