Our families experience was for only about two weeks before our loved one pased, but the staff members we encountered were very friendly. The location of the community is probably our number one factor for choosing this community. Unfortunately, our loved one was not able to participate in any activities because he had to quarantine in his room for his stay.

My mom just moved in here a couple of weeks ago. I'm impressed with the time the management took to make moms move in process fun and relaxing. When a administrator rolls up her sleeves and helps unpack moms things and takes the time everyday to check on mom . That shows they care. Mom loves the staff they've become her 2nd family :)

Nursing Homes

A nursing home facility offers lodging to two or more persons who have no personal ties to the administrator. A nursing home facility offers its residents 24-hour care administered by registered nurses. These nurses provide health related services for those who cannot take care of their needs.

Nursing homes are a convenient and easy care option for individuals 65 years and above, however nursing homes will allow individuals 55 and older which is unusual for other senior care types.Nursing homes are required to provide medically-related social services, routine personal hygiene items, specialized rehabilitative services (treatment for mental illness or intellectual disability), and dietary services to residents. Many residents of nursing homes may have behavioral troubles. These can consist of resisting care, verbal outbursts, or a tendency to wander. As a resident of a nursing home, you can expect the right to get proper medical care, be free from discrimination, have protections against involuntary transfer or discharge, and spend time with visitors. Types of care services and amenitiesprovided at nursing homes might include intravenous or nutrition therapy, social and recreational activities, help with shopping and transportation, and help with legal questions. The most frequent mental issue effecting nursing home residents is dementia, which can hinder their memory function, and their sense of familiarity, and decision making capacities.
