From the moment my mother moved in, the staff has gone above and beyond to make her feel comfortable and ease her anxiety from moving from her home after my father died. I am so grateful. Thank you so much!

Deerfield Ridge Assisted Living in Boone, NC
5.0

I will start by saying there were only 2 negatives. However, the positive experience did outweigh the negative, so in the last survey question I gave a rating of 5 (being best) still would hold true. My negatives were the deposit, which was a whole months rent along with processing fee up front, on top of the partial month's rent. That was almost a $14k deal breaker. I felt this was extremely excessive to walk him in the door, in my opinion. Overall, the individuals working at Deerfield Ridge were compassionate and caring. The accommodations were clean and well kept. The linens were washed daily. Along with Hospice Care checking in frequently and my daily visits, the experience was the best I could have possibly hoped for.

It was a very good placement. My son who lives there, he doesn't require a lot of care. He takes care of himself. If it was someone who was bedridden I couldn't judge that, but for him, I'd tell people it was a very good placement.
