The staff are great and mom is happy for the most part. The facility is a smaller community than a lot of places which is perfect for mom. She will complain about the food at times, but I suppose it's hard to please everyone. My only complaint would be the price hike of 12% after the first year. It's not like I can do anything about it now that mom is settled and we paid a one time non refundable extra payment of $[removed]. I worry we'll soon be unable to afford the place if they up the price that way every year.
My siblings and I feel mom receives the utmost care at Arbor Grove. We appreciate all that the staff does to love, honor, and respect her. The staff also hears and respects our questions an concerns.
