Hathaway Hills Assisted Living and Memory Care

I am only 5 weeks here, but I have met a group of people of people playing games. Other ethnicity. They are very help without a grunt. I still are meeting.

I would recommend the facility to others. The staff are friendly and helpful and understand my aunt's needs. They communicate with me often to make sure I know how she is doing. My aunt is very happy there.

Hathaway Hills is a wonderful place for seniors who need assistance in daily living. They are easy to work with and the staff is so friendly and kind.

This place was an answer to my prayers. The staff is very nice and they spend time with me. We do great activities both individually & as a group.

Our father spent nine years in another independent and assisted living facility. After one month at Hathaway Hills, we know that this facility is the best of the best. We highly recommend Hathaway Hills.

The activities person is full time - 8 hours a day for the memory care. The food that is prepared for the residents there is home cooked. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families.

My loved one is a resident of Hathaway Hills in the Memory Care unit. I would rate this facility above average in every category. The staff rotates between both Assisted Living and Memory Care and know all of the residents' names. The menus are posted weekly and look and smell good. The facility is always clean and odor free. They're helpful in arranging transportation for Medical Care. The activities seem plentiful and varied. Visitors are always welcomed, the Director greets me on weekday visits. Emails are sent as needed. We've had no issues at this facility. Unless you want more facilities or a bigger room, this is a very nice place at a comparable price for the region.

My aunt lives here, she receives exceptional care, they have fun activities, and great food! The place is always clean with a welcoming atmosphere. The Executive Director and Wellness leader are always participating in activities with the residents. They seem to really care about their staff. I am happy to have my family here.

This facility is wonderfully maintained and safe. It's small enough so you can get to know them all. The staff is friendly and caring. Food is good, and the kitchen staff will prepare another plate if the resident doesn't care for what is being served. My husband has been here for 4 months and is happy and content. As an RN, I once worked in LTC as a charge nurse, and I'm impressed with how the caregivers handle unexpected situations. The caregivers work both sides. This has its pros and cons. But the "seasoned" workers do a good job in orienting the new ones to working with dementia residents. Activities are provided for them daily. They can also attend music programs, parties and other events within the facility. Staff and management open to suggestions, and resolve issues in a timely manner. I wouldn't hesitate to have my loved one in this unit. I'm grateful for this facility, for I know my husband is getting the best of care.

I could not ask for a better place for my aunt to stay. The atmosphere is clean and cozy. The staff are nice and welcoming. My aunt is always happy, this is how I know she is getting good care! She loves the food and activities!!

I have lived here for 3 years! I love all the activities, the staff is very polite and helpful. I have had several mishaps here but no fault of the community. I love it here!

Very good facility. Experienced and friendly staff. Wide variety of delicious meals. Very accommodating on personal choices.

I visit my wife at least once a day. The facility is always clean and orderly. They provide a multitude of activities the residents can choose from and they encourage them to participate. All the meals I have shared are excellent.

It's a good place to be when you can't be in your own home.

I'm treated very well. Everyone has been very good to us. The cooks go above and beyond to fit our needs.
