The communication needs improvement as it is difficult to get accurate information on our family member. It seems very challenging to get answers to our questions - we can't get a bill, find out easily when certain things are scheduled like showers and when she had the last one, or when laundry is done or whether she ate her meals. Also I would recommend a system of wearable alarms that have fall detection if someone falls and isn't able to press their call button. It would also be helpful if check ins could be scheduled for folks who need some regular assistance with toileting.
Everyone is very nice and welcoming. They take the residents to the doctor appointments and also to Walmart. Well my dad is the one living here and they always welcome me in the dining room with a small fee for my meal and they let me join in the bingo games and other activities they have
Just amazing overall, since the first phone call I had with them. They made the process so easy, they made us feel so welcomed and like family. Thank you all so much.
