Staff is friendly and caring. The Inn is clean, but they are short staffed (like every other facility). Things like cleaning carpet can be delayed. Communication with family is excellent. The move in process was very good. Facilities helped with any hanging of pictures or installation of mobility aids. They have a chef and the meals are very good. There are always "not on the menu" options if she doesn't care for what's offered. They are looking to hire a couple of key employees who left due to long commutes. They need to fill those spots. My family would recommend the facility. It's not too big. Very much like family.
Excellent caring staff. Clean place. My Auntie [name removed] is here. I visited from Anaheim California. My auntie Husband just passed away. My auntie looked beautiful and happy. I talked with staff and they were very professional
My loved one thinks highly of the food. I have talked to the caregivers that assist my loved one. These caregivers call me and inform of anything going on with my loved. I believe the staff is very friendly. The community is taking care of my loved one. I am able to drop in and see my loved one through a window. My loved one always seems to be clean when I visit her at the window.
