It seems like it's a very organized facility, so if they like a structured place to live, this is good for them. The food is bland, boring, no flavor, and small portions. Multiple things to do and participate and watch throughout the day. The laundry facility part is old and not very good. (Washer, dryer) Laundry service sometimes does not return clothing articles.
All 5 stars. They do seem to deliver what they promise, and Mom has been doing fine there. I don't worry between visits that she's neglected or mistreated at all.
