The staff is very friendly, even the owner was laying down on the grass playing with our dog. The managers are great too. They have really good meals, and you have a choice, and they serve meat and vegetarian options too. They have exercise classes and bocce ball, and bingo, so there are some varied activities. This was the best place that fit what we needed of the places we looked at.
Based on our experience so far we would recommend Bishop Place to other families but they could improve on the meals - our friend gets them delivered and usually it comes cold and not always on time;
Park Plaza is a friendly environment and we are very pleased with the apartment size. There could be more clarification as far as menu availability. Overall it has been great and we are happy and would highly recommend them to others looking.
