Based on our experience so far we would recommend Bishop Place to other families but they could improve on the meals - our friend gets them delivered and usually it comes cold and not always on time;

Brookdale Lewiston

Brookdale is a wonderful place for my Mom. They have many activities and the girls who work there are very sweet and loving to Mom. My Mom especially likes the scenic bus rides every Friday. I would like to Thank [name removed] for all his help and advice when I was looking for a Assisted living facility for Mom. I had no idea where to start or what to look for. He was my guiding light and I couldn't have done all the VA paperwork without his guidance. Thank you [name removed] from the bottom if my heart! A place for Mom is a great service, I am so glad to have had their help. This is a hard decision to make for any family, but A place for Mom has helped ease my fears and answered my questions. Bless them all!

Royal Plaza of Olympus Living in Lewiston, ID
4.0

My husband's mother is at the Royal Plaza. We visit a couple of times a year. After Christmas this year we visited at meal time and his mother and the other 2 at the table were eating cold macaroni and cheese and meager ammounts of dark meat tuna sandwiches. It was sad, they were all disappointed in the food quality and also the cold food. We think there needs to be comment cards on the tables for residents and also that the facility from top down looks at providing more fresh or steamed vegetables. We were very disappointed. We did appreciate however that on Christmas family came and brought a delicious dinner for family to share.
