They seem to have a big turnover in the staff which is concerning. The food is just not good. It seems by the time my mom gets her food it's cold and the servings they get are very minimal.
My husband and I are both residents. He was transferred to their medical unit. This is in the same building so I am able to visit him at any time. A safety feature for all residents is to wear a call button. I have pushed my button at 2am and whoever is working has responded quickly.
I loved all the staff who helped make it possible to get pops into Hilltop. During his time there he got to know everyone in the Memory Unit. The place was clean and staff friendly. I would recommend Hilltop to other's.
