7 Best Independent Living Communities in Sinton, TX

I leased an apartment at Casa De Oro and just moved in. It has been a wonderful and friendly experience. I have a beautiful apartment that overlooks the bay. The morning light is fabulous. I looked at all the reviews before coming out to visit. I loved the property and the manager leased me a wonderful apartment. My experience was wonderful from the cleanliness to the wonderful fragrance throughout the building is so nice. I haven’t had use for maintenance yet. I look forward to living here.

Meets all of our expectations. Staff is pleasant and very friendly. Need to get used to having people so close after living in the country for 16 years. The facility is pleasant and residents are well cared for with compassion and understanding.

I have had my mother in law at Brookdale Memory Care since April of this year. The staff have gone above and beyond expectations from getting her registered, to getting her moved in to her apartment to now caring for her on a daily basis. The staff/caregivers understand the disease of Dementia and work daily with my mother in law. The nurses are always available to answer any questions or concerns that come up. There is always an open line of communication between the family and the facility. The daily activities are geared towards the needs of the residents as well and are always provided. I feel that my mother in law is very safe while living in this facility. There is always a security guard as you come in and the residents are behind locked doors. The camera in her room helps the staff to detect falls and enable them to care/assess her quickly without encasing her privacy. The family is appreciative of this facility.
