Brookdale Trinity Towers

All the staff members and administrators were very welcoming and helpful. Moving mom in was an overwhelming prospect that soon became a positive experience and mom immediately felt welcome and comfortable. It is a joy to feel like everyone understands what this transition does to a family and especially how the new tenant, who might feel lost or confused, may be feeling. Great job Brookdale Trinity Towers! (and thank you!!)

The staff at Brookdale Trinity Towers was amazing! We wish we could have taken them to the next facility with us, we loved them so so much!! The facility itself just felt a little dated and I didn't always feel like my loved one's room and bathroom were being cleaned. His laundry was done, but it felt like it could have been cleaned better. The staff was the best part, though.

In hindsight, my Moms physical and mental condition might have been too weak to be truly appropriate to the living conditions in her Memory Care apartment. The physical facilities were extremely well maintained. The staff's level of care and consideration were excellent. Our family and my Mom seemed to be pleased with the level of care and professionalism of the entire staff. My Mom enjoyed the Dining accommodations and the food until her decline in ability to swallow forced a modification of her diet. The menu and choices were outstanding. Although reluctant at first to participate, thanks to [name removed] persistence, Mom came to really enjoy the exercise activities in the Living Room. For a senior with an appropriate level of capability to fully participate, I think that the cost value is excellent. A special commendation to Rossana Griffiths who went away above and beyond to make sure that my Mom was comfortable, happy, well cared for and participated in all activities appropriate.

Felt real comfortable and an easy convenience from inquiry to tour to signing paperwork.

I’m retired and had lots of time to investigate Corpus Christi’s senior living options. I visited most every one of them. Let me tell you why I chose Brookdale. I believe Brookdale delivers the best financial value. And there are so many other things unique to Brookdale that I love. Only Brookdale Trinity Towers provides panoramic views of our dynamic city and its beautiful bay. All of the other senior care facilities in the city are just flatland apartment houses in the middle of “any city” sprawl that serve meals. And I like the fact that the Brookdale staff are happy. They like their jobs. Most have been here for 10 years or more. Many of the department managers live in the building with us. I like being around happy people. And perhaps most important is the knowledge that as I get older and need more medical care, that care is already here. I won’t have to move when I need more help.

I have had my mother in law at Brookdale Memory Care since April of this year. The staff have gone above and beyond expectations from getting her registered, to getting her moved in to her apartment to now caring for her on a daily basis. The staff/caregivers understand the disease of Dementia and work daily with my mother in law. The nurses are always available to answer any questions or concerns that come up. There is always an open line of communication between the family and the facility. The daily activities are geared towards the needs of the residents as well and are always provided. I feel that my mother in law is very safe while living in this facility. There is always a security guard as you come in and the residents are behind locked doors. The camera in her room helps the staff to detect falls and enable them to care/assess her quickly without encasing her privacy. The family is appreciative of this facility.

I am a PT . The best memory care in town. The staff gets the clients up and out of the rooms. They Have a wide variety of activities, and consider the individual needs of these clients. The staff keeps this group engaged and is highly concerned about quality of life. They are also work well with the rehab team to problem solve with a client. It is easy to communicate with the nursing team I highly recommend this memory care.

I went to visit a good friend of mine in the memory care unit. Such friendly staff in the morning, very helpful. I’m so glad my friend is in such a good place being very well taken care of. They were doing activities when I walked in

I have spent a week with mom at Brookdale Towers in Corpus Christi. The facility is beautiful nd the views of the waterfront are spectacular. There isn't another place that can have this view in Corpus Christi. But, what good is a view, if you don't have an incredible staff working there. Well, the good news is that the staff is fantastic, kind, caring and qualified. I would say that that it is the best place for my mom. The rooms are very nice and big, and the residents are friendly and seem to be very happy to be there. I believe that the meals are very good and the kitchen help and servers strive to make the residents happy. That isn't easy to do with people of different taste. I had a quick response to any problems with a willingness to help from the staff. Everyone is respectful, friendly and kind. I believe this is where your loved one could call home. It's beautiful, filled with kind people and safe with security always being aware.

My loved one is currently a resident at Brookdale Trinity Towers. The staff is caring and very helpful. The housekeeping is great. The facility is always clean. The food is excellent and is served Fine Dining Style. I would highly recommend this facility to family and friends.

Just like everywhere else right now they are having a hard time finding staff. But overall we have been pleased with Brookdale Trinity Towers.

I like this community because they are willing to work with you for the needs of your loved one. 90% of the staff is really sweet and willing to do whatever for my loved one. The tour was great and they explained to me then what all my loved one would need and what all they could provide for me and I liked the fact that all of the information was given in the beginning.

My loved one likes everyone here. Covid has affected things but they are doing their best with the residents. My loved one was somewhere else and they did not have the care like this community. My loved one is impressed with the food and says that is is wonderful.

We chose this facility because dad loves the water. He has a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom is very spacious. My dad got just what he wanted, he overlooks the Corpus Christi Bay and Lexington. He is able to see boats coming in and out. They have a van take you grocery shopping and to medical appointments.Activities are great when they are able to have them. I would recommend to others looking.

Our loved one says the community is wonderful, and overall they are doing a good job. Our loved one says they are all so kind and no matter what time in the day it is they call us if anything happens. We are very appreciative of their communication. When it comes to the care services this is the healthiest our loved one has looked in years, she is very comfortable there and we would recommend this place.

My son brought me down here from Ohio 1 1/2 years ago. He chose Trinity and my apartment for me before I came. I could not be happier or more content. I was not mentally ready to retire but physically I was in pretty bad shape. In this past 1 1/2 years my health has improved 80%. My mental activity is quite content as I have found several volunteer positions in which I can contribute to the Trinity Towers community. As far as the care here I couldn't ask for any better. From the front desk staff, the service and food in the dining room, to the maintenance personnel, they all get an A+ from me. They are friendly, prompt, and efficient. What more can I say? I love it here and my son made a great choice for me. As far as cost, I couldn't ask for better value for my money. I have a studio apartment on the 17th floor overlooking the CC Bay, The view is nothing short of spectacular and every apartment has it's own balcony. Thank you Trinity Towers and all the staff for being here for a contented retiree.

Great place. My 92 year old Dad spent 4 years here until he had to move to Brookdale assisted living, which is right next store. Wonderfull food and helpful staff. He had a nice bay side view on the 12th floor. We would do it again. Only downside are the slow elevators during mealtimes. Waits can be annoying, but it's a minor inconvenience.

Other residents not that friendly in dinning area. Most in their own cliques. Food not very good. I’msure It is nutritious but not very tasty. This is my biggest disappointment in living here. Might not have chosen brookdale trinity if had been aware of it. Service and activities great. Staff wonderful!

This will be my second month at Brookdale and it’s turned out real well for me. It’s clean, the people are nice. There are still some things I’m not totally happy with. Sometimes I have trouble getting around and I found out that they want $16 just to take me to get a meal and go back to my room. I think that’s something they can work on. Other than that, the people are very nice to me. From management on down, they’re terrific, even the wait staff in the kitchen. If there’s something wrong, they’ll take care of it right away. I had a bug problem and they sent someone to fumigate it quickly. The food is good, there are good choices. The staff will let me order food and they’ll bring it to me because I can’t get it myself. They’ve got a menu and a half of food and they change it up. Every day they offer you soup to start and there’s a salad bar. When they clean, they come in the actual apartment and actually do a thorough cleaning every other week. The trash goes out 3 times a week, they sweep and mop and they just keep it nice. They’ve got a ton of stuff to do for activities, like poker and all kinds of movies. They have free transportation to doctors’ appointments and they make sure they don’t miss you when you come back, they’re there waiting for you. I’ve checked a lot of places and some of them are a lot more expensive. This is a good value, I know it could be more expensive, and I would recommend living here.

My mom is in the Memory care here and she has a nice room with 2 bedrooms that she shares with another resident. They do keep my mom busy with activities and she likes eating in the dining area there. There are some staff members here that are fantastic, and I have had some issues that are being addressed with my mom's care rather slowly. I am hoping that we get things calmed down soon.
