The Pointe has been a wonderful place for my parents! The staff don't turn over often and are very kind and loving with the residents. They truly care and keep us informed of anything going on. [name removed] (front desk) is wonderful. [name removed] (director) also great. [name removed] (PT) is awesome. [name removed] (nurse) wonderful! I love the Pointe!
My loved one lives here and it's wonderful! So much better and more affordable than his last facility. The people here are wonderful. The nurses are so kind and helpful. They have a lot of activities and the residents are interactive. The staff encourages them to be. The memory care unit is a smaller unit and only 20 residents, which is great. I would recommend them to friends and family.
Location is everything! Mountain Brook Village is a very friendly, beautiful and safe place by the river! Apartments are comfortable, kitchen's could use some updates, no dish washer, no disposal, just a single sink. I highly recommend Mountain Brook Village to others!
